Battery was fine and was initially ordered at the same time as the tool. Battery arrived without tool. Sales team were very helpful and agreed that I had not been sent the tool, but could not find out where it was and could not send the tool without senior management input, which took many contacts to obtain. The tool (inflator) is great, but what a hassle. Ironically, I recently tried to bypass Ryobi’s shambolic dispatch system on the advice of my son, by ordering another tool via Amazon, which was delivered promptly, but this (garden vacuum) arrived with a defective bag seal that wasn’t discovered until it was fully constructed and used. Amazon will only return and refund rather than simply supply a new bag, so the tube had to be sent separately from the rest of the tool. I got my Amazon refund immediately I posted the packages but have decided that ordering Ryobi tools is just too difficult so won’t be re-ordering.

Good cutting time duration, especially on multiple stop,start cutting on a series of medium size branches. Good quick recharge time which is important. This one was bought as a second battery so no break in sustained cutting and clearing operation.
