I got this product free as part of an offer when buying a tool, which is just as well - I would have been disappointed if I'd deliberately bought it. Pro: it's green, you can put stuff in it. Con: most of its rigidity comes from internal stiffening ribs, which make a mess of the usable capacity, and result in a box that struggles to hold power tools; I got it free with a circular saw, and the circular saw barely fits in it, and no other Ryobi tool I own can share the remaining space.

I received this toolbox with a drill as part of a promotion deal. The drill is faulty and I asked for help this was early august.I eventually received a reply asking for details and I’ve heard nothing since. Zero out of 5 for customer service. I’m still waiting Ryobi and until I get this problem sorted I will not be buying any more of your tools and I will be telling everyone who wants to know that Ryobi has completely crap customer service
