Not 100% sure on these replacement chains. The original chain is great, no complaints on that. But the first replacement doesn't seem to have lasted as long or as well as I was expecting. Not happy that it appears to have stretched (even when cold) so that it is difficult to tighten appropriately when (not if) it gets loose, making it more likely to jump off more often than the original. I have another spare that I will be putting on shortly, and I hope that it is better, that the current iffy one is a fluke. But time will tell.

Got for a spare haven’t need to use it yet
there delivery drivers only deliver to affluent areas, they refuse to deliver to my home as i stay in maryhill in glasgow. this isnt the 1st time they havent delivered my parcel i waited 2 months for a battery they said was a 5 working day delivery, so if your rich and stay in a large house then please order from ryobi if your not rich then order from some where else as they dont want your custom. i would suggest stille or any other chainsaw manufacturer thay doesnt start with ry and end in obi

Bought as spare chain so not used yet one alarm bell is original chain has oregen stamped on it while this replacement one hasn't so is it made by different company

Unlike the shorter chainsaw - the chain of which is incredibly brilliant and hard-wearing, this is pretty useless. It’s the third one I’ve had, and have only managed to make a relatively small number of cuts with it before it goes blunt. It’s not the way I use it, or the wood I’m cutting, as the smaller pruning saw has ended up making many dozens, if not hundreds of cuts with each chain. (I've cut over 3 cords of wood ready to season with the smaller device.)
