Put simply not reliable, I bought the mower less than 2 years ago and charger stopped working, I didnt use it in winter for obvious reasons, so it only lasted ONE full summer, useing it twice a month for 6 months aprox. Not good value in my opinion. Appologies for Typing errors I am 85 years old and not good at this stuff anymore.

This is a very expensive piece of kit, which I had to buy as the last one stopped working after a few uses. The aftercare from Ryobi has been very poor, even though the product was within the warranty period. It’s taken months so far and still not resolved. Without buying a new one, my £398 lawnmower is useless. Not happy!

They don’t last long, change battery first time second time but on the fourth time it wouldn’t charge properly then nothing so come on your products are good, but your charging equipment is poor

Failed after short time

I bought the lawn mower 15 months ago and tried to charge the battery after the winter and the charger/battery weren't working so l choose the cheaper option of buying a new charger in preference to a new battery (the cheaper option at £60+ and thankfully it was the charger that l had to replace. REALLY DISAPPOINTED that it needed replacing so quickly and, of course, just out of warranty. I've already bought another tool thinking they are a robust brand... will l buy more .... probably NOT when it's cost me £60+ for one season of cutting a small lawn.

Nice this charger still works with my 36v batteries that are 15 years old and still have full power

I can’t rate any of the 3 products I ordered directly from Ryobi as they have failed to arrive. Despite repeated attempts to contact Ryobi to ask where they are we are now 3 weeks after dispatch and I have no tools, no communication, no idea what’s happened to them and a lot less money in my account!! Awful company, awful service.

Think the charger is too solw to charge batteries would perfer a fast charger but none available.
