Great tools delivery ups rubbish.
Easy to assemble. With the 5.0 Ah 36volt battery I cut my apple tree 4 inch diameter branches in just a few seconds. Very happy with this piece of kit and it complements my other Ryobi garden tools (hedge trimmer and lawn mower).

I'm really impressed with this tool, I never expected it to cut as well as it does. It will only be used very rarely but I was reluctant to try to go up the tree on a ladder to trim it with a handsaw. Given that I already had a 36V battery the cost of the tool was less than the price of a contractor visit. My only criticism is the tiny quantity of oil supplied with the tool which was only enough to fill the tank once. A 1 litre bottle of oil was cheap and easy to buy locally though.

Cut quite a few branches now and quite impressed. Nothing to compare it to but happily cuts everything I have asked it to It is heavyish but perfectly usable even for a pensioner I bought the max tool as I wanted decent power and long run time. So far happy with performance and run time

Less than 5 mins into the first cut, the chain came off. Very heavy to hold I bought the 36v battery. Wouldn’t recommend

Saw efficient. Believe company needs to make it clearer that the item needs the new battery and charger so that the buyer can consider the extra expense prior to purchase.
