Great product. Who knew I needed a leaf blower in my life? Got as a free extra in another order. Only criticism is I live in the Channel Islands and Ryobi does not ship here, so it had to come via a UK address. Would have given 5* otherwise.

The product is cordless and battery operated, so it will not work without a battery.
The 36V Max Power is compatible with the 36V Max Power batteries and charger, available on our website.

At £69 in the sale, it's a bargain for sure; especially if you already have your 36V lawn mower battery to hand. Disadvantage going forward is the lack of other 36V tools.
