Brilliant piece of kit. Better than I expected after reading some of the reports. It does give a good and excellent clean. But like any tool, learn how to use it before making comments about it. The only really useful comment was about how much moisture the pad can absorb. So if it feels too wet, or leaves puddles then change it.

I am disappointed with this floor mop. It removes fresh marks but anything that has dried on,it just glides over so you still need a mop and bucket for heavy stains. The light comes with the press of any switch so you must remember to turn it off. The pads are washable by hand or w/machine. The unit will stand upright without any other support.i have quite a few Ryobi tools and are happy with them but this is one machine I can’t recommend to any one, in my opinion it is not fit for purpose and I wish I could return for a full refund.

Worked well and removed stains on floor.
Love this spray mop. No cords to watch out for ,so no tripping hazard. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.Has made my floor cleaning so much quicker and easier.

Excellent product
Having read previous reviews it was clear this is not a steam mop. What it is, is a lightweight, manoueverable, easy to use cordless mop that is a pleasure to clean with. It is quick, quiet, leaves the floor almost dry and cleans visibly better than previous mops. My wife loves this as, not only am I happy to mop the hard floors in the house, she is delighted with the results I get. Another winning product from an increasingly impressive range.
Love this mop ! Easy to use spray as much water as you need …pad on the bottom washes well in washing machine …I’ve used it several times since I bought it and have not needed to charge yet .. three large rooms and a hallway very please with it
The registration for the extended guarantee is unnecessarily complicated and both mop and battery have to be separately registered. As a mop it's OK. You have to be careful about how much solution you squirt on the floor as the mop head can only absorb so much; too much and the floor stays quite wet. Not a problem in the heat of this summer but may be a problem when the weather turns colder. Filling the water container is easy and the pads also fit and remove easily. The instructions needed better proof reading - the page listing the box contents includes a charger, two pages later a diagram shows the battery plugging directly into a USB-C cable. It seems to clean reasonably well so the vibration effect may help here. So overall not a bad piece of equipment but I'm not sure it is any better than a decent manual "squeegee" mop and a spray bottle of floor cleaner unless health issues prevent you using one of those.
Probably my favourite Ryobi purchase. Watching my wife do the traditional mop and bucket used to be a tradition that could not be broken. Until the 5 minute scoot round with the Ryobi made nonsense of it. Brilliant.
I thought I had ordered a steam mop but I must say after using a few times I’m pleased with it .
Fab appliance, especially for an elderly person with mobility issues, as it’s light and easy to use.

Works fine. I thought it was like a steam cleaner! But it’s all good and cleans well especially on stubborn stains.
Do not often get enthusiastic about cleaning items but this is great. Cleans tiles/laminated flooring/parquet floors very well and doesn't leave areas wet My husband bought me one of these mops earlier this year and I liked it so much that I purchased this one for my daughter who is as pleased as I am myself
So much easier cleaning floor thank you.
