I have to be honest. I was a little bit sceptical on first buying this product because I’ve tried so many different things that haven’t worked, but this product is amazing it’s easy to use doesn’t leave streaks on the floor and the floor is dry quickly. I’ve recommended this to so many friends. One thing I can say. I definitely won’t go back to buckets and mops so glad I brought it.

After getting this without battery and telling them they promised me a free battery which never ever got and then want me to write a good review. No chance bought battery and turns out to work ok but certainly never get anything else off them.

Nothing wrong with the product but both the tv advert and the internet clearly stated that it came with the battery for £89.99. Ours had no battery and charger and we had to order one for £20. Very frustrating and disappointing.

we were not provided with battery or charger as per the advert in the daily mail. Had to ring for one and told not available till new year. Have not been able to use at all.

Please note, the "Bare tool" means the bare unit without a battery and charger. In this case, we have offered to send you a free battery and charger to go along with your new Spray Mop, and a further email on this will be sent once dispatched.

GOOD product but i made an error bought bare tool by mistake both the same price but RYOBI would not send me a battery only to correct my error, NO!! THEY WANTED THE WHOLE BOXED TOOL RETURNING WHY!!
