Great value
It does what it says on the box, well pleased!
I ordered the incorrect gift on a promo. as soon as I placed the order I realised my mistake and sent them an email to request an amendment. The email was ignored and the order delivered un-changed. when I called to enquiry they did not resolve the issue and offered no solution other than return the whole order (which I cannot do because I need part of it now). very inflexible system, very non customer oriented. will not use them again. following a review on Trustpilot, Ryobi replied asking me to call to "allow us the opportunity to restore your faith in us.". I called, waited patiently on the phone for 15 minute, only to be told there is nothing they can to. when I asked "why did you ask me to call you?" the answer was :"oh these are automatic messages we post on negative reviews". SHOCKING!
