It works well on large hedges

I’ve now had two of these blades, and in both cases, the same fault has occurred. After just 30 minutes of very light trimming on a small boxus bush, the blades stop their counter-cutting action and begin to move in and out in unison. This completely defeats the cutting function and causes the tool to vibrate heavily due to the unbalanced motion of the blades. It’s clear that the internal mechanism within the blade head is not robust enough to handle even basic trimming tasks. In my view, this attachment is not currently fit for purpose and urgently needs a redesign to improve its reliability and durability.

Excellent replacement for a versatile tool, you simply clip the new one on with ease, making the whole experience so much suitable and with ease. The tool itself is perfect for trimming hedges with more control with dexterity. Highly recommended.

Connection to motor unit not sturdy enough, does unclog too easily during use. Original trimmer blades did not overlap so would not cut properly - internal drive mechanism poor design - too flimsy

The shrubber is excellent. It has coped with around 80yds of 8ft high leylandii hedge, no problem. Used with a small 2.5mA battery it is light enough to use with one hand.

Great cutting power on SOFT foliage but don't hit anything hard or woody as it will break the blade gears. I am on my 3rd set in a month.
