I bought multiple equipment can't…
I bought multiple equipment can't believe I received only one battery and charger. I spent money on an extra battery and that didn't even come with a charger. My fault for I assume not reading the small print. But you would assume a battery actually comes with a charger. Love the idea that one battery fits all but no good for 1 battery 1 charger to work multiple devices.

Bought the rotary scrubber
Bought the rotary scrubber, direct from Ryobi. To make washing the car easier, no cables to pull out. Having all my tools, being One+, so I already knew what the quality would be. Day after delivery, whilst in a large DIY store, I ended up buying the One+ grass strimmer!

A disappointed customer…
I bought a ryobi compressor i could not resolve my problem even after talking to a rep. I am a good customer and buy regular from them I tried to get my money back but they would not play ball I am disappointed

I stayed indoors all day because you said by email it would be delivered on Thursday, but I had to ring you to notify that this was not the case on Friday.
Youre guy was very kind but alas I have to wait even longer for delivery when I was planning work at the weekend.
Also the page sent from your carrier dpd was a waste of time, it lacked information as to what was happening and had no contact number, very unhelpful.
Perhaps a tool voucher would smooth the issue, but I leave that to you.
