AI Emails that didn’t make sense???
Seemed to have forgotten about my order until I contacted them. Proceeded to be then bombarded by AI emails that didn’t make much sense. However, goods arrived, were of good quality and reasonably priced. Come on Soundcore, need to do better to support your excellent products.

Great sound quality
Excellent bit of kit. I have tried a number of open ear buds and they do not do bass well. The Aerofit 2 are leaps and bounds ahead of Shokz etc in that regard.

The price of the item was very good
The price of the item was very good, but unfortunately, I never received it even after waiting for 3 weeks. However, I must say the customer service was excellent—very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I got a full refund without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It's a shame the item didn't arrive, but the service team handled the situation well.

I don’t find them overly comfortable to…
I don’t find them overly comfortable to side sleep (they’re still quite hard and sometimes the sound disappears in the bud next to the pillow) and my ears get quite itchy overnight but aside from that the sound quality is good and I’d prefer to have them that not have them
