Suzanne was very prompt and efficient to replace my toothbrush after I’d explained the button stuck, she agreed that there was a fault which is unusual and issued me with a replacement. I’m very happy with this service and with Spotlight.

So far so good. I love the 30 seconds that the toothbrush gives you, as it lets you clean your teeth thoroughly. I think this is my second week with the toothbrush and I haven't charged it yet. So battery is amazing. Very happy with my purchase!!

I love my Spotlight toothbrush. It looks good and does a great job at cleaning my teeth. It feels like I've had my teeth cleaned professionally at the dentist after every brush.

Great product but seem to have to buy a new one every 2yrs as they stop working. Not ideal for the price. I originally paid £100 for mine. Price reduced but now doesn’t come with a case. Ok for us as we had ours from the previous ones. This is my husbands 2nd and I’m on my 3rd one.

We have 3 spotlight toothbrushes in our home and I would NEVER use any other product! Our teeth felt instantly cleaner and almost all friends have also purchased too! The blue powder stain care is also a top choice. Customer service is second to none 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very low quality toothbrush - my recommendation is to spend a bit more and go with a recognised brand. Also, having opted out of communications twice and made direct contact twice requesting the same, I am still being pestered by this low quality company, including an email today which promoted this review.

Great quality, built in 30 sec x 4 (2 min timer) capability to ensure all 4 sides have the same dedicated time to clean the are. Great colour and additional travel case. Despite a lengthy delivery during the post Christmas sales, the support team has quickly responded and provided a small gift to remediate the long wait. So very happy with the product and process

Simple and easy to use. Took a couple of goes at changing setting as it’s all on one button, I turned it off instead of changing setting. I still rate this excellent for how amazingly clean my mouth feels after using. My teeth are cleaner and my gums feel better in the last 3 weeks since using it. I am very happy with the spotlight oral care sonic toothbrush and would highly recommend it!
