Love the sonic toothbrush
Love the sonic toothbrush. I ordered new heads and actually made a mistake and ordered the wrong type for my Pro version. They were very good at refunding despite me opening one the the sealed heads. Thank you

Solving a problem.
It is one of the best cleaning units I have ever used, the only fly in the ointment is the on/off button is becoming extremely stiff, I think it could be toothpaste residue mixed with saliva running down the handle over the button. Is there any way that the button can be cleaned. I have severe arthritis in my hands so if this problem could be resolved then, happy days!

Good toothbrush to date. But recommended to a friend and sent my code so they could get a discount and I would receive £15 credit. However the £15 credit can only be used if you spend over £65 on an order. It doesn't state this anywhere on the T&C's on the page on the website. The The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 in the UK (DMCCA) prohibits businesses from misleading consumers through false information or deceptive actions and feel that this is one, so they need to change the copy on this pronto!

Nothing unique about these products. Behind the glossy ads and paid influencer campaigns it’s just a basic Chinese manufactured toothbrush.
I got it as a gift and used for 6 months, I was told by TWO separate independent dentist’s that whatever brush I was using it was damaging my teeth. Avoid

Great toothbrush, but...
Great toothbrush, but their charger cable is falsely advertised on the Sonic Pro product page (maybe on others as well, not sure). It says it's USB-C when in fact it's USB-A. Quite amateurish to falsely label the charger, and also very surprising they use USB-A given how outdated it is now.

Very happy so far
I have had this toothbrush for nearly a week and I am delighted with the performance. Brushing for sensitive teeth is really effective and gentle. My teeth feel really clean. I have a cracked tooth which will be repaired next month this brush is really gentle and I no longer have tooth ache after brushing. Thank you

Hate the overpriced toothbrush replacements £29.00 for three and make sure you dont order an incorrect replacement head as their toothbruses have different sizes ie the pro v non pro!!! Which dont fit

Really bad returns/refunds policy and misleading products
Just looking at reviews below I have had a similar issue- buying the wrong replacement brushes on the website (because it’s not entirely clear which brushes are the correct ones- and it’s not just me that’s made that mistake clearly) which are really expensive and the company refusing to accept a return because I’d opened the plastic pouch one of them came in. Talk about lack of goodwill, leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

As replacement brush heads are oral hygiene products, once the packaging has been opened we’re unable to accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. We do provide images and a note on our website to indicate which heads are compatible with each model to help guide customers when ordering.

Doesn’t last very long!!
Whilst working it was fine! I’ve had it just over a 1 year! I’m not sure how long they are supposed to last but mines stopped working!
What’s annoying is I just ordered a pack of new toothbrush heads and took them with me whilst I travel. I now have no use for them!
Waste of money!

Great toothbrush, great customer service
I have had the spotlight oral care sonic toothrbush for four years now and it has been fantastic. Prior to this I had several other electric toothbrushes, all of which stopped working after 18mth -2yr forcing me to buy a new one.
My first contact with spotlight customer service was 2yr ago when i lost my charger - they promptly sent me one free of charge (just paying for postage). My sonic toothbrush then stopped working 5days ago. It would switch on but the power wasnt being trasmitted to the toothbrush head. I contacted customer service where I received speedy and helpful emails from suzanne who sent me tips on how to try and fix the issue and as a result the issue was rectified.
My only constructive feedback would be that it would be great if they had different toothrbush heads from soft, medium to firm as at present only one is avaiable, and i sometimes find this a little too soft.
I have recommended this toothbrush to friends and family and will continue to do so.

What I find most frustrating is the lack of warning of when the brush is running low on battery. It suddenly stops working, doesn’t matter if you have brushed completely or just half of your teeth.
