Another tale of very, very poor service

Our laptop screen failed suddenly after 9 months and, based on remote examination by photo, they said that it was 99.9% certain that it was damaged by us. They were even able to diagnose that it had been caused by the lid being closed on a pen that had been accidentally left on the keyboard!! It's an absolute load of nonsense, of course, and is a shoddy attempt by Asus to avoid their responsibilities to address the obvious hardware fault that has occurred. We won't be buying Asus again and would advise others to learn from our mistake!

Really bad service as they don't have…

Really bad service as they don't have warehouse themselves and rely on third party. All laptop order is now delayed by more than 3 weeks now with 0 communication or update! and its website still states dispatch within 3-4 working days!!!

The laptop stopped taking charge in…

The laptop stopped taking charge in less than a year. I was quoted £589 to replace the motherboard on a laptop I paid £599 to purchase. They refused to repair the laptop which was still in it's first year warrenty. They said that it was not a manufacturer fault that the motherboard failed and tried to blame me for it. They are asking for £45.00 just to send the laptop back to me. I would never purchase another Asus laptop again

Terrible Service

Terrible Service

I contacted ASUS customer support via email and have not received any reply of any sort, I was rejected any help on the phone and told to go write an email, which I did. I wrote to them on the
29 Jan 2021, 10:52 and STILL HAVE NOT GOT A REPLY! It has been countless months and I have tried to enquire about this, to the response of "Please wait some more"

Laptop arrived about 4 days later than…

Laptop arrived about 4 days later than expected. Had to keep chasing the team there to find out what was going off. Finally got an email with tracking details an hour or two before it arrived. I have no problem with stuff being late, I do however have an issue with not being communicated to. Phoning up and been told they've got technical details at a warehouse doesn't really help me. The other gripe I would have is not natively supporting credit cards, you have to go through a PayPal flow and as the company who runs the stores name is different to Asus it looks a bit strange. However the package arrived in good condition and a laptops great. The shop website is ok. The rod laptops are in high demand so I understand things may be challenging at the moment. Would suggest integrating your email systems with the warehouse logistics.

Great service

Very easy to order from Asus direct, much prefer that than ordering from places that say they have stock but they don't! Delivery was quicker than anticipated. Very happy overal.

Because I've always had a good experience with ASUS I do have one issue with one of the items being damaged which I will have to get rectified but more than happy with my purchase so still deserve the 5 stars because I know they'll sort out my issue

Quite good

Quite good. Website wasn't a clear as some but at least stock levels and delivery times were clear. I received my Chromebox within the stated time but didn't get an email confirming dispatch shortly before.

Placed an order for two phones

Placed an order for two phones, never received a confirmation from Asus saying it went through or anything like that. The only confirmation I've got was from PayPal for the payment.
I did receive the phones however, but it made me feel a bit worried with the payments. Was questioning if I would receive the phones at all.
The phones are great and they came after 2 days, so it was just 2 days of uncertainty that was quite unpleasant in the whole experience.

Failed to meet delivery deadline

Failed to meet delivery deadline. When delivery was finally attempted, phone number wasn't shared with courier and an attempted delivery was apparently missed with no notification (not even note through door) . Communication was responsive, not proactive. Would be poor but laptop is lovely, service around delivering it lousy.

I like Asus brand,unfortunately its a headache when it comes to support as Asus UK store is managed by different company, and they direct to get in touch with the manufacture for certain help!
Also their information on buying extended warranty and what it covers which mentioned on their site is completely different to what they say when things goes wrong!!

Hope Asus take care of these things and sort out these problems.
