Swift delivery, packaged well, guided set-up and all working well.

The laptop was delivered very quickly at no extra cost. Beautifully wrapped and presented. Setting up was relatively easy although I would much prefer more information sent with the package. Whilst a full manual is not necessary a little more than what was sent would have been helpful. However, a relatively small criticism and I am sure most devices are sent in this way. Overall, quite happy with the laptop and all is working well so far!

Two weeks and still waiting for refund to be processed

2 weeks after refusing delivery an the laptop being returned to your centre on the 25th March STILL NO REFUND! This is even after privity proof that the item was returned to their warehouse. Disgraceful behaviour from the company.

Beware you are not buying from Asus but Five Tech who are the distributor in the UK.

Call centre in Bulgaria cannot communicate directly by phone to UK warehouse... only by email.

Not the product - the process.

From my research the Asus gaming products are great. The service however is not.

Initially I ordered the ROG Strix G17 Ryzen 9 in February, before 2 long delays in the product line meant that the product would not be around until the end of April. Ok I can deal with this.

However I decided to order through them an alternative STRIX SCAR 17 which was labelled as in stock. Again, no information from the "external warehouse" which meant I was left for a week not knowing if this product even existed in their Warehouse, and I am still dubious. With competitors stock running low I have decided to leave this order, but cannot receive a refund until the external warehouse decide to reply and confirm the cancellation...

I have found the experience of trying to buy through Asus exhausting and frankly a waste of time.

Powerful machine with great usability

I have been shopping round for the last month to find a suitable laptop that will meet my video editing needs while i am on the road. i needed something lightweight and powerful. The ASUS Zephyrus is one hell of a machine. The specs were some of the best on the the market for the price they were asking for it. The added bonus for me was the 2nd screen. This is a game changer.

Lastly if you like a great unboxing experience then you will love opening this.

I opted for free delivery 2-4 days

I opted for free delivery 2-4 days. Should have gone for paid 24 hrs would have been less stressful. I had to ring Asus (Kalina) as heard nothing from courier as promised. However, she promised delivery before the end of 4th day and this happened. Well done her, she honestly sounded interested in my concerns and was calm throughout. So any problems were only in my tendency to worry about £1200 in the UK courier service. So, Asus, you did exactly as you said you would except I wasn't aware item was out for delivery until I called. Small issue.

Laptop died after one day - zero support.

Laptop died after one day - NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE!

I bought my laptop (ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 17 G733QR @ £1899) from the UK Asus Store.
It arrived the next day and seemed to be working ok. I ordered MS Office and was going to install it and then backup the laptop the following day.
The next day the laptop would not boot up at all.
I tried using the usual Windows recovery / troubleshooting tools to no avail.
I created a Windows Recovery Disk (USB) – didn’t work.
I created a Windows Installation Disk – it could not repair the laptop. It wouldn’t even let me install Windows again as it had issues with the drive (NVME).

Now let’s discuss Support! There was NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!
Having bought a premium product from ASUS, I would expect premium 24/7 support – as suggested by their leaflets included with the laptop.

It would seem, in the UK, support is only provided Monday to Friday! Due to Easter, I will have to wait FIVE days to be able to reach someone. That is simply appalling.

Customer services don't provide customer service

Their customer services team don't any customer service. Waited 2 months for a pre-ordered laptop and it arrived damaged. They then refused to reserve me a replacement unit to replace the damaged one even though it was in stock. Was told that i couldn't amend an order and had to cancel my existing order and replace it, before being told by someone else that i could have just amended my order. Extremely unhelpful and misleading.
