I ordered 2 limited edition t-shirts. Due to my own stupidity I ruined one of them, but after contacting customer service they were able to let me order a replacement which were no longer available on the store. I also messaged late at night and they still responded quickly.
Quality of the t-shirts are great and I love the designs, will be ordering again in the future!

Have had a number of syndicate original products over the years and never had a problem. Ordered one of the 10 year anniversary OG lion hoodies which had been hyped up for months. Worn maybe three times. In the first wash using non bio washing liquid the sand colour had come off. We had washed following the instructions that come with every order. Washed inside out and at 30 degrees. Emailed with photos and the customers service I received was shocking. Because it’s been washed there nothing we can do. Colour will only come out if it’s been near a chemical. All the lines I was told. Didn’t want to take any responsibility.

I had ordered 2 pairs of tracksuit jogging bottoms but I had only received one, I had filled out the online form on their website on a Saturday only expecting a response on the weekday (which is understandable)... But low and behold 1 hour later I had received a response via my personal email apologising for the mistake, as they can tell what they had packed on the additional note vs what I had ordered.

A few days later I had received the other set of jogging bottoms as promised, I appreciate the honesty and the quick response. Thank you, that is why I will give 5 stars!
