Husband loves it, it replaces a tempur pillow that must be at least 20 yrs old. Quality product at very reasonable price when mine needs replacing It will definitely be another tempur can’t be beaten

The pillow itself is fantastic. Unfortunately the smartcool pillow case is too small for the pillow. (This may have something to do with a cleaning process prior to sale?) this means the pillow does not sit properly within the case and therefore is squashed. The case is actually 1.5-2.0 inches smaller than the pillow and when laid on you can feel the unevenness and crinkling of the pillow inside! I have purchased x2 and both are the same. I have purchased these to update from previous TEMPUR cloud pillows and have resorted to using the covers from them (which fit perfectly!) and allow the pillow to expand to its full and true potential!

Well made but too firm for me. Would prefer a larger, softer pillow.
The pillow is amazing. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning as it felt like a brick, especially after using a much softer pillow than Cloud. It took a couple of days to get used to but now I can't imagine myself sleeping on a different pillow. It has made such a difference to my neck issues. Every morning my neck feels amazing. Definitely recommend. It does take a while to get used to I would give it at least a week to make up your mind.

The best pillow I have ever owned. It offers neck and shoulder support along with comfort. I was slightly hesitant about the price but due to the 14 night trial decided to give it a go and believe me it was worth every penny
Excellent pillow. Bit on the small side for my standard pillowcases hence the dropping of one star Apart from that very happy with the memory foam feel and the coolness of the product
I think your technology is amazing but sleeping today is a science and what suits one person doesn’t suit everyone.

Pillow was too big for the pillow case provided so was all crumpled up inside so I have had to remove. The pillow is a little flat but it is reasonably comfortable with a another thin pillow underneath
