Pillow was too big for the pillow case provided so was all crumpled up inside so I have had to remove. The pillow is a little flat but it is reasonably comfortable with a another thin pillow underneath

SECOND PURCHASE for my Partner: For the past 10 years (and more), we have used TEMPUR pillows for the quality and the comfort. Now that Osteoporosis has become severe and continues to degenerate neck and spine, it is key that alignment of the cervical area is remains during sleep. This softest-of-the-softest Tempur pillow is exceptional to assist this. The only criticism is that the (supplied) pillow cover is not breathable enough and retains air thus making the pillow's softness less effective. We remove it (and continue to use a outer pillowcase (matching the duvet cover). Maybe Tempur designers could address this issue? Overall, Tempur is highly recommended.

Could not sleep with the pillow felt too lumpy, tried one in bensons and that felt good but the ones l ordered from Tempur did not feel the same

Lovely and comfortable it really is cooler than standard pillows
The cooling case isn't big enough for the actual pillow which then makes it extremely hard to sleep on. If you remove the pillowcase and put a standard one on it is lovely but defeats the object of wanting a climate controlled pillow.
Smaller than my other pillows, but extremely comfortable for sleeping on my side. Doesn't cause my head to overheat. Delivery was fast so nothing to fault.
Very low neck support
But hard to start off with, but you sink into it and it really feels like a cloud. You can really see the premium feeling after a few days of great sleep. I had a bamboo version before but the tempur pillow is night and day difference.
I’ve used Tempur pillows for years and prefer The Cloud. I was looking forward to having the “cool” pillowcase. However this case is very small compared with the old style of pillowcase. The Tempur pillow is literally stuffed into it making it hard to sleep on. I have resorted to using my old pillowcases for now while I make an attempt to stretch the new ones. They do have some stretch but I’m unsure how the zip will cope. Not a great experience from Tempur this time round.
We ended up returning these (in medium) as they were to hard. We are going to order the soft ones to see what they are like. If you have a really soft mattress, they would probably be a bit better.
These pillows whilst called Tempur Cloud are much smaller than the original Cloud. Whilst the quoted size is 74cms X 50 cms the actual Dimensions are 60cmsX 40 cms. I drew this to Tempurs attention on 18/3/25 and they under took to amend there advertising material!
