Great mattress although standard sheets are still too deep
Perfect it came like brand new and half the price!!!!
Arrived after I daily chased up the courier company 2 weeks after initial order. Had 2 hairs on the inside of the protective plastic sheet it arrived in Was offered a mattress protector which I declined and asked for a full refund of which I am still awaiting 3 weeks later and still had the mattress collected so I can buy a new mattress until I get it collected and refunded which can take 14 days.

I have checked the status, it appears the collection request has been forwarded to our courier. Once the mattress is collected, it may take up to 28days for the refund to be processed into your original payment method.

It looks good but it’s so slippery and it moves from the mattress and then the bottom sheet so I had to buy another that cost £29.99 which has sold the problem which is a shame As I didn’t want that expense on what I’ve paid
