A beautifully constructed pillow that feels cool to the touch and has a great texture but sadly had to return it due to minimal neck support. I would have kept the pillow but for my long standing neck issues. Such a shame.

Best pillow I have ever had! Love it!
Excellent item, very comfortable to sleep on, exactly as described. Very fast delivery as well
I've had Tempur cloud pillows before and they have been very good and this is why I bought this one, but unfortunately, the filling appears to have been reduced dramatically and it is very flat, which does not support my neck in the way I had expected and has done so on previous ones I've had. Also the cooling effect doesnt seem to make any difference.

I love the feel and coolness of this pillow although my fiancée prefers the feather pillows we have instead. Price is quite high also.

Good pillow. I am very pleased with it! Comfortable. Very Expensive! Says it has 3 year warranty but i usually change pillows after 2 years as they get a bit grotty!

Choose the soft paired with the medium firm mattress. Perfect night's sleep.
Much thinner and harder than the original cloud pillows. This does not feel like sleeping on a cloud. Not worth the money. Shame bring back original configuration please.

Coolness is just sales gimik cant be felt when have a pillowcase on it - just paying for the name this is no better than my wifes pillow at half the price. Dont get me wrong its improved my sleep a little but i feel its massively overpriced
Very heavy pillow.
Terrible, I have been using Tempur pillows for 15 years, at first excited, then I slept. First the smell, even though aired outside, it was not supportive, ended going back to previous Tempur pillow. Husband got rid of it within the first hour!
