As expected...it was a replacement for my 10 year old tempur mattress.
Very comfortable
Although my last Tempur mattress over 20 years ago was medium/firm option, this one was much too firm and I have returned it. I have since tried out others in a shop and to my surprise find the soft mattress will suit me better.

Excellent night sleep
I ordered this mattress for my very elderly father who has lots of aches and pains on the recommendation of a friend who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. This has been a game changer for my father. He couldn't sleep more than a couple of hours but is now sleeping 7/8 hours. That combined with the complimentary pillows he is having a lovely bedtime experience. Thank you
Amazing mattress, can only recommend it! Arrived if I'm correct on 06/01/2026 but started using it on the 14th of January due to removal of the old mattress. Honestly, until last Wednesday (28/01/2026) I was a day from returning it since I couldn't have a good sleep, I slept for 3-4 hours after going to bed and after just kept tossing and turning, I had so much pain in my lower back, my back and shoulders, it was excruciating. Since last Wednesday I never slept so good in my life! Pain is gone, like I never had before. The support the mattress offers is just unbelievable, motion isolation too. Both me and my partner are more than satisfied with the quality. As I said, we can only recommend it!
I purchased this for my mother to replace an older Tempur mattress, so cannot comment on comfort etc. She has not mentioned any issues, and she would! What I liked was the speed of delivery after ordering. I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered on the following Monday. This was ordering direct from Tempur. There were other vendors who were a bit cheaper, but did not carry the range of styles and sizes for easy selection and whose delivery was a month or more from order date. The Tempur pillow and mattress protector were free gifts so on balance, this was decent value. On the website where I ordered, there was a note that was worrying that the products would all come together at the delivery time for the slowest and one of the free items was put at 14-21 days. There was no way to cancel the free items to remove this risk. I engaged with the chatbot which reinforced the message that the items would arrive at the timing of the slowest. I went ahead anyway and took the risk. The mattress arrived 3 days later and a package with the other 2 items arrived a couple of days after that. This misleading note on the ordering site should be fixed as it might put off some customers like me needing a new mattress fast.

Tempur mattresses with memory foam are the best you can buy. I owned one for 20 years, and replaced it with another, we had a Simba mattress in between the two Tempur ones but it was nowhere near as good as the shape-memory soon gave up and the mattress remained pitted in places after use, it was also 32cm thick and really heavy and cumbersome to move. Our new Tempur is the medium-firm 20cm Tempur-Ease, it's really comfortable and supportive, very light to manoeuvre, and you get a great night's sleep. Happy to recommend.
Awesome purchase such a better nights sleep
I'm not impressed. It's so hot and rock solid. I wouldn't bother with this mattress

The order reference that you have provided shows that you purchased a Ease 25. The Ease is advertised as a medium feel mattress however some people do find it feels firmer as it all comes down to personal preference.

Will not knock it for comfort. It was a little firmer than what I tried in the shop. However in the shop we tried the smart cool cover which has a lovely cooling feel this one is the original cover and seems quite warm. Concerned that in the summer it may get too hot.
An excellent purchase. Bought for my father in law who has osteoporosis. The mattress gives him the support he needs and he is able to get a better night’s sleep. A great investment

Terrible. Been a Tempur Customer since 2013 and this cheap shit product completely deviate from the original Tempur product mission and scope. This is clearly a bad attempt to reduce costs to embrace low budget customer market. This can only cause Tempur to spoil their reputation.
