Expensive but worthwhile
A lot more comfortable than the previous pillow I had
It has a smell Like chemical and it won't be able to get rid of it even though I washed the protective pillow cover.

We are sorry to hear about the unpleasant chemical smell you are experiencing. New TEMPUR® Material can sometimes have a distinct "new product" scent when first unpacked. This is completely harmless and will naturally disappear over time.
To help get rid of the scent quickly, we highly recommend leaving the pillow to air out in a well-ventilated room or keeping it in the sun for a few hours. Please note that while the cover is washable, the main foam pillow itself must never be washed.
If the scent still does not fade and you remain unhappy, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund.

I wish that you would have tried the pillow before giving it a 2 star review especially as it was a free item that you could have used and then returned with your mattress.

Best pillow I've ever owned worth every penny. I've had chronic sleep issues myth whole life and I've never slept as well as I do on this pillow. Just wish I'd bought it sooner!!
I didn’t get along with it but the pillow was of good quality

My husband has neck problems and the only pillow that give him a brilliant nights sleep is this Tempur low profile pillow, he's just replaced his old one with this updated version and he swears by them.
These pillows have certainly complimented the new mattress my father got. He is very elderly and arthritic and they have enhanced his comfort considerably in bed. Thank you for these pillows which were included in the price of the mattress. Excellent job.
Very disappointed the pillow was hard & was squeezed into the pillow case which one side was bumpier

Extremely comfortable and cool
Heavy but very comfortable so far.
Very happy with my Tempur pillow ,definitely helps with my neck and shoulder pain.Supports my needs and very comfortable for a good sleep. I have tried cheaper alternatives but came back to Tempur the brand I trust, worth the extra money..
Better than the old tempur pillows, providing comfy support and memory foam resiliance. Maybe a bit flat when using on its own, so either as the lower of two pillows or just as a neck rest for reading in bed.
First thought it was too dense and firm but wow. First night sleep on it was awesome. Had neck and shoulder ache with my duck feather pillow now much more comfort and aches and pains have disappeared.
It’s dreamy and I dream when I use it - negatives a bit big for my pillow case
