The pillow is an improvement on my old one but still not a patch on the Millenium. Did not support my neck as much as expected. I like the fact that it can be turned during use so there’s always a cool place.

Very supportive and holds it's shape all night, and the sloped shaping seems to work well for me as a predominant side sleeper. The only thing I dislike is that it is smaller than a standard pillow case, so the pillow case wrinkles and slides about overnight, and I still want to use the pillow cases that match my bedding not the bespoke cases that Tempur sell. Why not just make this pillow to standard size?

Fantastic quality pillow. Expensive but worth it. I prefer a firm pillow that offers good neck support and this pillow is perfect.
