Terrible construction, poor materials, finish and workmanship, not worth even a 10th of the money, returns process painful, has taken approximately a month to get a collection date, although it is the festive period, other companies have managed. If we hadn’t.had another fantastic temper (not divan) bed delivered at the same time I’d avoid them for anything other than mattress’.

Thank you for your honest review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the Buckingham bed. We sell hundreds of them every month and we have had very few returned within the 14 night online trail period.
I am sorry that the return process has taken longer than you were expecting at this time of year, it is not our intention to add further frustration to the situation we are just extremely busy this time of year.
I hope that you are able to find another bed to your satisfaction either from us or another retailer.
