Totally pathetic customer service from start to finish failing twice to deliver the order and then apparently having not received my request for delivery to a different address , AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and save yourself a whole lot of frustration.

I have looked through all the emails that have been sent and I can see that although my team have tried we have on this occasion been let down by the delivery company. We emailed them and asked as requested to collect your order from the post office and deliver to your place of work however this request has not been fulfilled. Although we have asked if you are able to collect from the local post office you have said that you are unable to and have asked for a full refund - which we have honoured.
Parcel Force advised that they tried to deliver and you were not available and as a result they left your order at the local post office - which is standard practice.
I am sorry that we have not been able to get your order to you but please note we did not ignore your request - we have tried and asked for this to happen - however Parcel Force have since advised that since it is delivered to a safe place and due to their extremely busy workloads it would be quicker for you to collect from the post office.
I understand that as the refund has been issued the case with Parcel Force has now been closed.
