I’ve never received my orders of nearly £60.00 despite various emails being exchanged. The company simply continues to shift the blame onto the delivery company and have taken NO action trying to solve the problem themselves. I am furious.

Got sent a sample of their new hydro barrier cream. Very funny scent and incredibly sticky and tacky. My eyelashes stuck to my face after squinting with it on! Really not sure how this got through so many rounds of consumer testing…

This company managed to get my mobile number and have bombarded me with offers. When I asked them to refrain from texting me they said I wasn't on their database so they couldn't.

Products are okay but I think it's a bit of a scam to entice people into buying through a cashback site with the offer of 50% back - only for the cashback to then be declined for some unknown reason. I even declined using a discount code given by Inkey List to ensure I'd be eligible. Had a suspicion when purchasing it was probably too good to be true. Very clever marketing to team up with a cashback site to encourage new customers like myself to spend money they wouldn't have normally to try the products, only to then refuse the 50% back. It's a win win for them but feels like a bit of a con on the customer. For this reason I'll be swerving both this business and the cashback site concerned going forward.

Scam company. Don't waste your money. They have false advertising concerning refunds. Had to contact the BBB and CFPB about them to get a lousy refund for an allergic reaction to a product.

I ordered an entire routine, decent products. Tried and happy. One bottle came all scratched with some dried product on the outside, got in touch, sent some pictures and was immediately refunded. Really happy with the customer service.

I ordered the oat cream, the oat wash retinol, caffeine eye cream and hyaluronic acid also a glyonic acid toner. I did the routine as instructed. Only using the toner and retenol randomly. But my skin just felt burning every time. The after results just had my face sitting like an oily mess. I had red bumps show up everywhere. The oat cleanser basically leaves a film on your face. Doesn’t feel clean. I switched to cevera instead. I also went for different Moisturizer from Clinque. Which was so calm and smoothing and didn’t make my skin greasy. I haven’t received a email to review so I posted here instead. Don’t waste your money.

This is a lie. There were many negative reviews here the other day, which you have hidden, including my first one from two days ago. We all had the same exact problem. This is an absolute scam. They took my money and weeks later no products. Just an email saying my order reached a warehouse and hasn't been packaged yet. I even pasted that email on my review here. No one answers their phone. No one available for live chat... (their answer to a live chat request comes back saying there is no one available). Where are all of the negative reviews from the other day?

I have never received my order
I have never received my order since the last order on 24 of Nov, while the delivery company said that the parcel was already delivered. I contacted the company through their webpage to get help, and they said they would try to contact me back within 24 hrs, but never heard from them since. I am trusted that this website is legit...but their way of handling customer issues is just unacceptable.

the Alpha Arbutin serum was dark brown
I bought the Alpha Arbutin serum and it was a dark brown colour. They told me it was fine to still use even though I never experienced this before with the serum. Obviously I’m not gonna use it because I don’t feel comfortable to do so. Waste of my money.

Never received the order. Very disappointed.
This was my first order and trust me I am very disappointed.
I order on November 27th and today is December 8th. My order is still unfulfilled. I wrote to support, but their response time was slow(I mean days), and they told me that this week it would be ready, the week is almost over, but there is no progress. The order is still unfulfilled, I feel that no one cares about it, and about the fact that the customer is nervous about their first order.
I still don't know the status of my order and if I will ever receive it. I even don't know if I can even receive my money back..
I do not recommend them.

Not only have the Inkey List products made a lifechanging difference to my skin that has been so affected by wearing a mask for 8 hours a day at work , accompanied by menopausal changes,the customer service is second to none.
Quick,prompt and professional response when I forgot to add a product to my order and refunded the 2nd postage charge. Highly recommend. 5* and then some!!

I’ve ordered a number of products from The Inkey List twice now. This company produces quality products which, by answering a few simple questions, are tailored to your individual skin and hair needs. Packaging is basic which I believe is a contributory factor in the company being able to offer products at very affordable prices. I personally love this as I hate paying for fancy boxes and jars when all I’m really interested in is the product inside!!
Clear instructions as to how to use each product is available on the website and also printed on the inside of the box it comes in. There are video tutorials too!
Ordering is easy and delivery is quick. Customer service is excellent! An issue I had with a damaged tube of balm was dealt with in less than 24 hours of the product being delivered!
I will certainly be a returning customer

They helped me so fast with my order! They message back within 2-3 hours. They have also payed my custom fees, as I live in the Netherlands. Top customer service!

I purchased the full "recipe" that was built for my skin type (you take a quiz and they tell you what is right for you) and I have seen significant improvement in my skin!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because within the recipe they build you they do not give advice on how to ease into the new routine (once a week, every other day ect.). A few google searches answered my questions but there is a potential risk that the customer would receive misinformation via google and mess up the whole routine, possible resulting in damage to their skin via user error ( E.g over exfoliation). I believe they have combatted this with the "ask Inkey" service which is a free service where you can ask them any questions you have. Also the packaging makes it difficult to tell how much product I have remaining and can be messy at times (a minor issue when compared to how good the products are) I have some really good before/after photos I wish I could post on here.

This is the 1st brand I have found that have understood my skin type, sensitive, acne prone, but not oily. Usually a brand hears "acne" and wants to bombard me with chemical exfoliants in every step of my routine and suggest a light non-existent moisturiser which is a disaster!

Overall I would highly recommend this brand, my full routine was somewhere between the £60-£70 mark which was 1000% worth it and I will not be using any other brand for the time being. If you do choose to use the Inkey List I think following the custom "recipe" is the best way to go.

For reference:
I have been using the products for 3-weeks now and I would say my acne has improved by at least 60%
I have not had any "breakouts" since starting this routine, only the odd random spots here and there.
When i get a spot the healing process has sped up ALOT, before a spot would linger for weeks, now its a couple days.

I think they followed the Ordinary steps. Everything they have is fragrance free and very affordable. They do offer a lot more options than the Ordinary. But I do love the packaging from the Ordinary. Their products are always out of stock at Shoppers in Canada. I just wish the Shoppers carry more products from them.
