Don’t ever order online from Tommy Hilfiger

Ordered a back pack twice, never got it.
First time ordered to come at my house and it never came so after a long time back and forth with the assistant I had my money back. Ordered the second time but thought rather made it collecting from the Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush store. Showed in the parcel force tracking it was delivered, even there was a picture as proof. Went to pick it up, guys from there couldn’t find it, SECOND TIME THE MANAGE TO LOSE IT. Opened a case for money back. Is been over 2 weeks, they keep saying they are escalating and asked me to fill some form as well so they do God knows what, so make yourself a favour and don’t order from this people.

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I am experiencing the same problem, no delivery and absolutely dire customer service. Customer service didn’t even read my email just sent a standard response. I will certainly never order online.

RIPPED OFF

Ordered pair men’s pyjamas and in the parcel NO pyjama bottoms . Relentless phone calls emails and live chat who send a form basically to ask if your telling lies although not in those words . Worst customer service ever I will never use this company ever again and have opened a dispute claim to them with PayPal now. I put my trust in PayPal as they can see I don’t ever make any claims never mind false claims and do all my purchasing through PayPal at all times for years

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. It's been a month since my order has been placed. My parcel is with the courier already for 2 weeks and still has not been delivered, I have contacted the courier (Parcelforce) twice and they have advised that Tommy Hilfiger only put half of my adress and it's not gonna be delivered until someone from their company will contact them to ammend this (I have indicated my full adress when I placed an order so it's not my fault) I have contacted Tommy Hilfiger customer service and had 0 help + very rude customer service.
So basically my order is stuck with the courier and won't get delivered? Tommy Hilfiger won't help and won't refund? So basically I just wasted my money and won't see my order.
Please avoid.

Do not use online store

Do not use online store. I have never received the parcel and now I am struggling for almost a month to get my money back from them. Terrible customer service and no solution offered. Stay away from them

DO NOT use their online store

DO NOT use their online store! shipment doesn't arrive and customer service is horrible no kind of solution offered for delayed shipment.
There is no way to cancel an order after an email informing you about the delay is received.

I'm really sad that I did not read all these negative reviews before placing my order.
Will never use this page again.

Great experience

I thought I should just comment that I’ve ordered twice from TH over past couple of weeks and while delivery is a little slower than others, I returned a couple items and was refunded within 2 days… I think that is very good.
Also return process was super easy. Return label in the box. Take straight to post office and acknowledge as received the next day. Some other companies returns are a nightmare - not this one.
Luckily I didn’t need to contact customer service for anything as reviews sound terrible, but thought I’d just balance it out for when things do go well.

Not geared up for efficient delivery

Very slow delivery timetables. UK operations clearly not resourced properly. Other fashion retailers and online providers whizz goods out of the door. TH clearly can't be bothered. I know for the future anyway. Poor effort.

follow up from earlier

waited over a week for some jeans, posted on here earlier then rang parcelforce and as if by magic an hour later they are in the u.k and getting delivered tomorrow.
Like i said earlier i must be the lucky one, hope all you guys get sorted out.
I will NOT be using them again, first impressions last, i am also surprised how badly they are treating customers all i got was a sorry they are having some delays with international shipping although the guy at parcelforce insisted it is on the netherlands side.
Definately prepare for a long wait and good luck sorting your disputes out, maybe go into your bank and ask for a charge back (money refunded and they get hit for £25 on top, maybe more by now not had to do it since sky t.v, debit card payments only ).
if you all do it they will soon take notice.

Don’t go here

Very bad I’ve been in way better Tommy Hilfigers like Bicester village one is very good there is barely any clothes for young people like me and it’s mostly men’s your better off going online or in Bicester village and bad customer service my friend asked what something was and she stared at her for a good 2 minutes staring like she was stupid and then answered and sniggered at her

My order was apparently delivered last…

My order was apparently delivered last week…except when I picked up the box it was empty. The base of the box had been pulled open at one end, not enough for it to fall out on its own as the cardboard is too stiff for that, but it appeared by the time i received it someone had already removed the contents. I have a screenshot of the delivery guy taken on my security cameras showing the base is already partially hanging open when he buzzed my gates, but TH say they have conducted an investigation and …

“After our team investigation along with the carrier, they concluded that, though the bottom of the parcel seamed slightly open, the product wasn't compromised. So it was delivered as told but it still contained the item.

Though we understand this might not be the solution you were expecting, I'm afraid this case has been forwarded to the highest point and this decision is final.”
I keep reading this email and I consider myself to be fairly intelligent, but I am at a loss for words to be told ‘they’ had concluded the box still contained the item. I didn’t notice anyone else in my hallway when I went to open it, so how can they possibly conclude the item was still in it?!! I wonder if it’s possible to find out how many other customers are told this. And when would a carrier or shipper ever admit one of their staff may be less than honest.
I’m not sure how I challenge this but I’m very upset. A similar thing happened last year with a John Lewis delivery and they could not have been more apologetic and helpful, and resolved the issue very quickly. It doesn’t help when the TH packaging is emblazoned with their logo, so it’s fairly obvious what’s inside. On the basis of my experience and other reviews on this site, I would say if you want to make a purchase from them don’t do it online.

Terrible

Terrible. I returned my order using the label they provided. The parcel has been signed for and received by them however they are advising they never received the return package. I have picture evidence and tracking evidence to confirm that they have received this. It's now almost a month after I returned the item and customer service will do nothing to help me. Shocking service.

Stay away from their online store!!

I have placed an order on the 8th of May and today 16th of May have not received it. I have exchanged emails with customer care who is saying has been shipped and should be delivered in 4-5day from the shipping day which is the 9th of May. I have been chasing them but no answer so far. The worst company ever for placing order online, this is my last order placing with Tommy Hilfiger!!Please deliver the goods or refund the money!!!!!

I can confirm that we have not shipped your order in separate packages and therefore all items ordered should have been received at the same time, in the same parcel.

I kindly ask you to confirm if the parcel appeared damaged or tampered with upon collection/delivery. If so, did you notify the courier upon delivery? In order to continue the investigation in case the package has been damaged, please send me pictures of the packaging by replying to this email.

In case the parcel didn't appear damaged, let me know as well and we will process your case accordingly.

Please note that we have thoroughly investigated the case and consulted with our relevant teams to get a clear version of events. Further to the investigation that has been conducted, we have received a confirmation from the carrier as well as our warehouse that all the items have been processed and the parcel correctly delivered.

Ordered my sweatshirt over a week ago

Ordered my sweatshirt over a week ago, so I decided to give them a message as to why they sent me an E-invoice today. They shouldn’t be providing an E-invoice without the package being delivered first. It makes me more angry to know they haven’t even shipped my sweatshirt yet, which is even worse. Money shouldn’t be taken out of my account until goods have arrived. Really poor service.
