Dreadful company that sells cheap…
Dreadful company that sells cheap products designed to break. We bought a wire walk in chicken shed at considerable expense. After just over a year of use it collapsed completely, almost killing the animal’s inside. The metal joins were totally rusted through. It was made of cheap material unable to withstand being outside (where it was ostensibly designed to be used). I contacted customer service who offered an insulting amount of compensation as the item was out of warranty by a few months. Cheap products from a company that doesn’t give a hoot about customer satisfaction, quality or safety.

The products are tat. Had a tap for 12 weeks and both valves failed.
Jumped through numerous loops with regards to customer service, justbto be mugged off.

I'm very impressed so far. Tested on a bit 16mm cable and looks like 10mm dies may be the better crimp, although I had already crimped using 16s. But yeah I'm happy
