WARNING: Vitamin360 is a SCAM. They stole my money!
Do not buy from Vitamin360—they are thieves, completely unprofessional, but expert gaslighters. I ordered €55 worth of items, the courier lost the package, and this company refuses to refund me. Under EU consumer law, the seller is 100% legally responsible for the goods until they are physically in my hands. Any serious company would have apologized and refunded me immediately. Instead of following the law, their team is intentionally using malicious stalling tactics to wear me down so I give up. First, they delayed the process by "forgetting" to attach the non-delivery declaration to their email. When they finally sent it, they didn't even fill in their company details, my details, or the shipment number! I still went ahead, filled in the tracking number, dated it, and digitally signed it to prove I never received the package. Now, they are gaslighting me again, refusing my refund, and threatening to close my case because they claim my digital signature is "not proper" and they expect me to do their administrative work by typing in their own company’s name and address on the declaration form they need for the courier! It is a pathetic, fraudulent excuse to steal my money. They are hostile to customers who know their rights. I am reporting them for cross-border fraud to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and my bank. Avoid this store at all costs, they will rob you!
