I ordered Dragon Naturally speaking 13 upgrade on Saturday late afternoon.It was the best price I could find on the internet.

I bought an Asrock very tiny motherboard for a haswell low power consumption system 120Watts and Zomp probably due to packaging costs sent just board in ESD protection and IT cardboad box. It was lacking essential SATA cables for my SSD Hard drive and smaller mini itx IO shield for my 180x180x45mm Akasa case. A few emails later Zomp said they would send items and it was a packaging issue. They sent extra manual and installtion CD aswell. To be frank most IT retailers will not go the extra mile these days when money is tight.
Brought a samsung tablet from Zomp. Delivery was super fast . And item was perfect. Will be returning back to zomp for all my electronic needs :D
I have used this company in the past both for broadband provision and ordering various bits through their on-line shop and found the customer service to be excellent and knowledgeable and the orders were speedily despatched.

They analysed our needs as a start up business, implemented IT and phone systems that have allowed for future growth and have always advised us carefully on best use of budget when purchasing and built quality too!
