Customer support is none existant

I cannot access my account and have spent the whole day for someone to at least call me or try and resolve the problem. Called three times which automatically cut you off when youve been on hold for an hour.
Its a total joke!!!

THEY CLAIM TO HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE …

THEY CLAIM TO HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE PAYMENT FROM ME FOR MY YEARS SUBSCRIPTION. BANK STATEMENT SHOWS 2 PAYMENTS .
SENT THEM AN EXTRACT OF STATEMENT SHOWING THE TWO PAY MENTS. THEY ARE ASKED FOR THIS INFORMATION REPEATEDLY AND IT WAS SENT TO THEM.
SPOKE TO THE BANK TODAY THEY CONFIRMED THE TWO PAYMENTS.

Appalling customer support, and no loyalty to long-standing customers

I have been with UK2.net for over 7 years with both domain name registration and hosting. During that time, for the most part, the hosting has been pretty strong. Their uptime is pretty decent, though I had cause on a few occasions to raise a support ticket due to slowdowns, almost like they'd wound down the virtual server my site was on to run on minimal cores/memory.

Where they really fail is their support. They are slow, regardless of whether your site is even down (they pulled down my site at least twice due to what looked like spam emails being sent from it, where if they'd paid attention the site was emailing me personally with updates on some site visit stats).

Even now, I am trying to LEAVE UK2.net, and my domain is locked - unlocking just reports "Error", and another error occurs if I try to direct my nameservers to my new provider. I am now in week 6 of this problem - if you were running your company with this problem, you'd been for a lot of potential lost revenue.

So I'm stuck with UK2.net until their very poor support team work on the problems to even allow me to leave them. Do not get caught with this company!
I was fully prepared to stay with UK2 just because it's a pain to have to move my site content, but their renewal prices keep going up and up where now even 2 years of basic hosting is almost 4x THE COST of where I'm moving to, and I'm getting 3 years with them, with much faster performance.
