Ordered 8 peices of bamboo from UK bamboo . The seller was very quick to respond to my requests and had my items posted the same day. Very quick delivery at a fair price for such a bulky package. The bamboo is absolutely lovely and cut to perfection for me . I would recommend this company to use for your bamboo purchase. Very happy customer and will use again definitely 5⭐️

I bought a pack of 10 25mm-50mm 2m offcuts for £30 (inc postage) which were delivered reasonably quickly. I got more or less what I was expecting in the pack although I had hoped for a bit more variety in size (the poles were all alround 30mm). The quality of the bamboo was very good with only a few surface marks. If there had been a couple of larger poles I would have given 5 stars. I would buy from them again.

I needed some new poles to support Pleached trees, as the original poles had split due to the winds. Found this company and they provided different sized Bamboo poles. Ordered them on a Friday and they were delivered Monday, excellent!
The Pleached trees are now secure and do not bend as much during windy weather. I bought the 50-6-mm x 4m poles.

I have been dealing with UK bamboo supplies for the past 3 years. My experience has always been great. They have always delivered high-quality, void-free boards.
I have CNC machined the boards aswell as cut them with hand tools, and they always cut perfectly, unlike bamboo from other suppliers. UK Bamboo Supplies has always provided me with good customer service and excellent technical advice.

Second time ordering from Bamboo UK, 30mm boards were delivered very well packaged to prevent any edge damage which is paramount as they are used for Bespoke HIFI racks, thank you. Will continue to use Bamboo UK for all future projects.

Excellent product at great prices.

They sent me the wrong sample and did not respond to my email asking for the correct sample. They did send me an email asking for a review though, so here it is.
Unfortunately this means I won't be ordering from them.

I regularly use Bamboo UK for my construction and art projects. I've found them very good at listening to what I need. I've bought a fair bit of decent 2m* 15cm Java Black from them, some heavy duty Moso (2m*15cm) as well as flooring boards (Balinese "renggang") and fencing split packs, all of which has been good quality.

nice product (bamboo boards), fast delivery which was good after an issue with the courier previously (not UK bamboo supplies fault) and good communications.

Genuinely impressed with the quality of the bamboo and speed of delivery. The bamboo is fantastic, looks great now in my Tiki Bar, and gives a really authentic look. The customer service team, especially Sarah, has been first class. I will be back for more bits

utterly dreadful gave me the wrong size and in poor condition (covered in black and blue mold and clearly weathered) and then tried to explain to me how I was wrong and thats for a customer that was supposed to be repeat business DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. Apparently I needed to let them know they had cut all the bamboo incorrectly within 14 days. As a repeat customer I certainly wasn't expecting that and now have a pile of useless bamboo.
