Product is good, delivery experience not so good
Product is good, but didn’t receive any delivery notifications and no instructions were included with the blinds. Although when I contacted them they provided videos straight away. Would be good to have them on your website

I was absolutely amazed when I got an email the following day saying that my blinds had been dispatched having only opted for standard delivery and I had only placed my order the evening before. Great service will definitely use this company again.

Not only are the blinds of great…
Not only are the blinds of great quality the customer service has been exceptional too. I was called to clarify a measurement I had input incorrectly prior to the blinds being made and when the blinds were delayed in shipping, I received great customer care when raising this issue. I look forward to using this company again for the rest of my blinds in my home.
