Great communication from a young company.
Excellent pre-sales communication (we have a slightly unusual window configuration so needed some extra dimensions) A small mistake in ordering was accepted and fixed quickly with no extra charge. I have no hesitation to recommended this company. We will use them again for future blinds.

Great service. Turnaround time was 3 days from order to delivery. Very speedy. Blinds are of high quality. You get what you pay for and I rather pay a bit more for made in the UK goods rather than Chinese imports.

Help needed to sync blinds with app on home made blinds
I bought 6 Louvolite motorised kits to make 6 roller blinds for the same room using my own fabric. I linked them to operate via the app to use with Amazon Alexa. Everything went swimmingly making the blinds, linking with the remote, setting positions etc. only snag was blind no.2 despite pairing with the app would not work on the set timings. I have to say one call to the freephone helpline and the support was fantastic. Via a video call I was helped to sort the problem out. Previously I'd tried calling Louvolite, read the various documents, tried Youtube.... a call to your helpline was the help I needed! Thank you- absolutely brilliant. Now my blinds work like magic- up at dawn, down at sunset- all sync'ed to work together! Looks great. I felt I was taking a brave risk making my own blinds but with your kit and help I've got there. Very happy.
