I have been stung by poor workmanship or lack of professionalism by trade people and so happy that UK Boiler Fit Limited has restored my confidence that there are decent tradesman out there. Contacted the team on Sunday, came out the following day to quote for a new boiler and fitted on Friday. Great job and already requested a quote for replacement radiators.

We have been using UK boiler Fit for three years now, always quick to respond and action what needs to be done.

We now live abroad and had issue’s with the boiler whilst our property is tenanted, UK Boiler Fit liaised with the tenant and sorted the issue with out any hassle.

It’s a great weight off our shoulders that we can depend on them to do a good job and not be caught out by a big bill at the end.

Dave and his team were great from start to finish. From coming to give us a quote and coming back again to give us a better understanding of things that needed changing, nothing was too much trouble. From the initial visit and quotation from Dave to having a new boiler installed and radiators fitted by his team, the expertise of the fitters and knowledge of products were second to none, nothing was too much trouble. Dave went out of his way and offered some advice to a relative. Our home was left clean and tidy and all elements of the pre existing boiler, tanks and radiators were removed. UK Boiler Fit Limited is an excellent company with excellent service, I would thoroughly recommend Dave and his team. Thank you guys

My Worcester Bosch boiler broke down and started leaking water at 15 years old. I contacted 5 companies to seek there help, I left a message on Dave's mobile he contacted me 15 minutes later and paid me a visit to access the situation, just as I expected my boiler had keeled over and died. I wanted another Worcester Bosch so Dave sorted out the ideal one for our requirement, Dave went back to his office and emailed me a quotation within 1 hour, I agreed to the price and Boiler etc, due to myself and my wife being elderly with no heating and no hot water, Dave made arrangement's to get the job of fitting the Boiler fast tracked for the 17/01/2023. He told me that his engineers would be with me at a set time, they arrived early with everything that was required this boosted my confidence the engineer's worked all day with out a break to complete the job. i did look at Boiler prices and I could have got the same Boiler cheaper online, but there was no guarantee who would be fitting it and there was no mention of any back up if things went wrong at a later date. This was my biggest fear I did not want a cheap price, I only deal with quality reputable companies in my area such as UK BOILER FIT ltd they did a great job the engineer's where professional and friendly and very experienced at there job also very clean and tidy and they cleaned everything away upon completion of the job. I can sleep peacefully in my bed knowing that I will get a great back up and service from this company if I need it. 3 companies who I contacted called me the day after the boiler was fitted, I had to tell them all that they where to late UK BOILER FIT are faster than
Usain Bolt of the starting line. UK BOILER FIT did not meet my expectation's they exceeded them.

Rang round for some quotes. Used the online form for this quote. Sent it off late evening and received a response back within 30 minutes. Dave came round the next morning (friday). Listened to what I wanted and I had a quote sent to me by the afternoon with a date for completing the work on the following Tuesday. Quote was in the mid range of the ones I'd received. Dave kept me fully updated, communication was excellent. 2 fitters came at the time stated, covered my carpets with plastic sheets, very tidy, did an excellent job, dave registered the guarantee so no hassle with paperwork. Always bit hesitant when I'm using company's that hasn't been recommended to me by friends however this experience was 1st class. 100%recommended dave and his team.

We had been badly let down by another company and had been without heating or hot water throughout the really cold spell in December. We faced having to have our family here for Christmas in arctic conditions.... A friend referred us to UK Boiler Fit and as it was only 3 days before Christmas we had no real hope that they could help us. Our initial phone-call brought a more positive response than we could have anticipated ; Mark visited within the hour and we had a quotation in writing within the next hour. The following morning at 8.30am Mark , Dan and Andy arrived , complete with Christmas jumpers and Santa hats and an hour later Dave joined them to sort out an extra problem they had discovered and subsequently resolved. Mark and Dave are proactive (starting by answering their phone promptly ! ) -responsive to the situation they find and taking trouble to resolve it rather than just holding their hands up and passing the problem on to the next tradesperson. All four of them took a lot of trouble to protect our home and they spent almost the whole day sorting out our problems, not leaving until they had checked the whole system and to ensure the new boiler was functioning properly. Not only did it give us heating and hot water, it also restored our faith in British workmanship and professional integrity. We can't thank the whole team enough - and it goes without saying that we will recommend the company to our friends and anyone else in need of a new boiler.

Sought a quote via Worcester Boschs' website Sunday afternoon, Dave answered in 15 minutes, site visit on Monday............fitted Tuesday! The whole team could not have been more helpful or good to deal with. Quote was bang in the middle between Boxt and BG - but a whole lot more reassuring that we got what we needed - and that service was (and hopefully will be) first class!

The whole team at UK Boiler Fit are superb and couldn't be more helpful and flexible. They have yet again done a super job including recommending improvements that I hadn't even thought of. They helped us out very quickly with another plumbing emergency whilst installing our new system. I cannot recommend them highly enough, wish them every success in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service. Phoned Dave on Wednesday afternoon as we needed a replacement boiler in a hurry, had quote within half hour, bowled over when he said could complete the job Friday. Guys indeed arrived Friday and installed as promised very professionally. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Terry.

We were extremely thankful to uk boiler fit limited for sorting us out so quickly we had no heating or hot water so it was a very cold house I have quite a few health problems so after phoning them we had a visit arranged a date and very soon after we had the install all the team were very professional caring people they did a great job very tidy and a warm house again it’s a shame not all companies are like that

Had an old boiler and hot water tank taken and replaced with a new combi boiler. The lads were very polite and careful not to make any unnecessary mess. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks

Excellent service from UK Boiler Fit. Removed back boiler for us and fitted new Worcester Boiler. All work carried out and left house with no mess. We now have a lovely warm home and hot water. Can't thank you enough. 10/10

DEFINITELY FIVE STAR SERVICE. I received a reply immediately after sending the company a message. Within 15 minutes David came and surveyed the boiler. A quote was received within the hour, together with an undertaking to start and complete the installation within days. True to his word the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend this company enough. They definitely pulled out all stops to ensure that we had hot water and heating as quickly as possible. Perfect professional service from all the guys at UK Boiler Fit. From the initial visit from Dave and Mark, it was clear they were really knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions I had, which was reassuring. The quote drawn up was promptly recieved, itemised and very fair. Then on the agreed start date, Andy and Mark arrived right on time and cracked on and worked hard all day. They came back to finish up the next morning and left the place probably tidier than it was when they arrived. Highly recommend Uk Boiler Fit, great communication and made the whole process easy and stress free.
