110% recommend.
I purchased a boiling flexi tap from this company over 2 years ago and they have been one of the best companies I’ve encountered.
I had an issue with a part that made the tap leak ans they sent out the part without question and this year I had an issue with the tap and they have sent out a brand new tap from their range in replacement. This was all done in a day of my email with no quibbles or Problems.
I would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing service. I had an issue where the tap was sticking a bit. I'd had it for a year. I sent a video to them and asked how to solve the issue and they replied with some solutions super quick. But those didn't do the job and asked for more ideas and they just replied immediately and said that they had sent out a whole new tap. It was a genuine moment where I was reminded of the good old days when companies just helped their customers – no matter the cost to them.

There products are amazing BTW. The 3 in 1 boiler tap changed our lives. But all those boiler taps are normally so expensive and they are very reasonable. They also have simple YouTube videos on installing your tap which was very helpful.

Thanks to the team over there. You're smashing it and keeping the core values of doing business alive.

Great company to deal with.
Had a problem with my hot-tap & Louise & Darren were really helpful with suggestions, trying airlocks, limescale, a new valve, however, it turned out I needed a new tank & it is now working again properly.
They were so patient & professional - a pleasure to deal with. Thank you
