It was an excellent service and support I got from UKBL from day one to the point of completion. When I had problems with the builder, I was given advice on how to go about it. They continued to support me even when they had completed their assessment. I will always consider them for my next purchase.

Parvez and his team have been excellent. I was having difficulties finding a mortgage for a buy to let property which I have invested in and Parvez is very knowledgable and knows the market. With his expertise he was able to efficiently find me a suitable mortgage company to help finance my property. Poor work culture and slow. There was no communication within the team and did not provide me with effective and proper feedback in regards to finances and client services. Very upset with the amateur service . Company soon to go into administration if they don't pull their socks up FAST!
