Update was an issue with emails and gayle reached out today sorting everything out feel they will go out they way to resolve anything do like the site and products happy with everything.

Very impressed
I needed to obtain some information regarding a past product and the tech specs associated with it, I emailed the CEO at 11.30pm and got a prompt, detailed and helpful reply within 10 minutes.
Been a casual visitor to this site for many years and never had any cause for complaint, Always helpful and informative.
