Fast despatch. Orders very rarely mis-picked/incorrect. Great discount.
A couple of times in an email I have put something like 'PLEASE add the following...' and I have put it in bold/underlined so that it's specifically NOT missed. Unfortunately, it's missed and I've had customers complaining to me because there order was late because of this error.
Also, employee's on the phone can seem very uninterested/impatient with me. Sounds like they're narked off for no reason.
Apart from that, efficient company. Maybe this is something the company can use to better improve themselves.
