Scam!!! Avoid

I placed an order and paid. Not received confirmation from UKdapper when my order will be shipped. I have to keep chasing them and do not get a response. Not a great service and not received my order.

Item never arrived, zero communication with them. Gladly paid with paypal and they just returned the money.

Order never acknowledged or shipped - it was over a week but fortunately I'd paid using Paypal so could get my money back. Still never heard from the company, not even an order confirmation (not even in junk mail :)

I bought from this company via Amazon. I did not receive my item which was supposedly put in my wheelie bin by royal mail. With no evidence of this on my camera and no letter through the door, the company did not suggest contacting royal mail but argued that I would have used my wheelie bin before it was collected by the bin men and that the royal mail GPS location says it was delivered. It's not until I suggested that they contact royal mail and even then they said they didn't think it would resolve anything. I've finally resorted to claiming a refund through Amazon and ordering through another seller.

Awful. No product, no responses to emails etc. Do not use UK Dapper- pure scammers.

The order never arrived despite multiple emails sent to UK Draper. I received no response to any form of communication. Unfortunately, I had to go through my bank to recover the money paid. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Received my order a bottle of fake Penhaligons the box was brought off of eBay
Im now chasing a refund thankfully I brought it on my credit card so I should be ok
Avoid I brought via OnBuy who gave good reviews so hopefully they’ll do the right thing

When you order something online you normally expect a delivery but with this shower of crooks you will receive an email confirming order and then that's it no item no contact and had to go via PayPal for refund under no circumstances buy anything from here

Paid £147 for Artemesia perfume.
Nothing arrived and no word from seller.
Disgusting and expensive waste of time.
Seems I am not the only one feeling this way.

I have waited over 2 weeks now for my order, with no correspondence at all except for the original order when placed.
I wish I had looked at the poor reviews before I purchased as this is nothing more than a scam company.
I have now requested a full refund which I doubt I will receive. Do not use this company.

No order received after 3 weeks, and numerous emails received one reply to say they would look into it and then nothing

Awful company. Do not buy from them. They take your money and then you don't receive your item. They do not respond when you get in contact. I've not got my money back. Steer clear, buy from someone else not here.

My order did not arrive. When I contacted them they said they would look into it. 10 days later, nothing.
I will not use this company again and would caution others to be very wary about using them.

My order (£150) did not arrive and the “company” have not replied to my email. I am very disappointed ! And annoyed !
