I had a really good service from UKDP from the start of the process through to the end, easy to contact and available, covered all areas of the issue including the Environment Agency and Building control. The contractors used were polite and professional so all good. I'm very pleased with UKPD and would be happy to recommend them.

I'm moving house and needed a detailed survey ( I opted for the Drainage Survey PLUS ) completed on a cesspit that has been in place for many years and I was worried about it's condition. The information I received from the team in the office was prompt, clear and very professional. I attended the survey in person out of curiosity and trepidation really. Simon who carried out the survey was brilliant and also very professional. He explained all that was going to happen very clearly. I received the report and CCTV footage a few days later and to my relief the tank was OK. If in the future this needed replacing with a treatment plant, I wouldn't think twice to giving UKDP a call for a quote. Good to see all the other positive reviews about installations. Great job everyone from a much relived me :))

Faced with daunting problems with our septic tank, and refusal by the insurance company to honour the claim, we turned to UKDP. Rob Brindley and the team took up our case and throughout a protracted period, due to insurance prevarication and very poor treatment and attitude by the insurers, Rob was totally professional, communicative, and tenacious on our behalf. It was a very long fight to get the insurance claim settled, but we won, thanks to Rob and UKDP. They moved heaven and earth (literally) to get a new sewage treatment plant installed before Christmas. Gareth and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently on the installation with minimum disruption. We can't thank Rob and everyone enough for their hard work.

All the excavation and installation works were completed in a most professional, competent and efficient way.

Where our insurers prevaricated and delayed, he pushed and urged response, advising and updating me at all times - and we got there in the end, with the right, fair and reasonable outcome. The system was installed extremely quickly and efficiently with minimal distribution to our property. The guys were all polite, helpful and informative when we asked questions. Would highly recommend UKDP

When our septic tank failed, we were put in touch with UKDP by the company who normally empty it. We paid for an inspection, which was extremely comprehensive and quickly found the root cause. They advised us that this may be covered by our house insurance, so we decided to allow them to handle any claim on our behalf. Rob took over the work and handled all the questions and stress from the insurer, whist keeping us in the loop with the progress. When the insurer finally agreed some months later, UKDP undertook the work. The installation team were amazing. Our old tank was demolished and a new 6 person Sewage treatment plant was installed in under a week, with no real impact on our daily lives. The site was left clean, level and seeded. Kevin and his team, were professional, polite and patient with my near endless questions. From start to finish the whole process was first class. Our sincere thanks to Rob, Phil, Kevin and and his team, it's been a pleasure to work with you.

Thank you so much to Rob, Ash, Paul, Graham and Henry, such an amazingly efficient team. They arrived destroyed, replaced and finished to a better standard than we had before. They took one and a half days to put a new sewage treatment plant in and leave it looking like new and so tidy. Materials arrived when they were needed so there was no time wasting. When our septic tank collapsed I was at a loss as to what we needed to do to ensure compliance with the current regulations. I found UKDP’s website and called to arrange a site survey. They carried out a thorough inspection and advised that we could make a claim through our home insurance. Rob was incredibly helpful and handled the claim on our behalf to a successful conclusion. The work was carried out swiftly and the guys on site were polite and respectful throughout. We did have a minor problem with the system a few months later but an engineer was on site to fix it within days.
