We purchased 3 dresses, 2 were purchased through Debenhams and one was purchased directly. All 3 dresses are beautiful and of great quality! We needed one dress for a slightly bigger young girl and the sizing was as described! Communication with the staff was really pleasant and my query re posting was quickly answered! Would definitely recommend and use again!

I’ve had a horrendous experience shopping with this company through Debenhams. I initially ordered 3 dresses and they sent 2 of the same size. I was then sent a dress in the correct size and the zip was broken so I decided to return the items. I was told I didn’t return in the return period and have heard nothing from this company since. They have told Debenhams they returned all the dresses back to me (with a broken zip) but these have never been received. I am now having to escalate my complaint to the financial ombudsman. It’s a stress I don’t need and the wedding I ordered the dresses for is fast approaching.

UK flower girl Boutique is an amazing place with great range of beautiful outfits. My daughter will look stunning on her First Holy Communion. Also, the customer service is absolutely great. I highly recommend this shop.

The ladies at the flower girl boutique are truly amazing! From booking an appointment to buying dresses the process is great. Our daughter felt, and was treated like a princess when we had the pleasure to visit on two occasions!
I would highly recommend the ladies here, they are so friendly and helpful you couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will always come back for dresses for occasions and recommend you to everyone!

We booked an appointment to try on dresses for 2 flower girls. The booking process was easy and the deposit fee for the appointment was deducted from the cost of the purchased dresses.
The shop is laid out really nicely with lots of dresses on display, which made a magical atmosphere for the girls as they walked in.
The ladies in the shop were really helpful and accommodating. We were given a full hour and didn’t feel rushed at all. They listened to what the bride wanted and made suggestions on how to customise the colours of the dresses to match with the wedding theme, and allowed the kids to try on different sizes to get the best fit. All of the dresses we tried on were really nice quality and we were spoilt for choice. Overall we were really happy with the experience.

I should have read the reviews warning this company’s customer service is terrible. It would have saved me weeks of stress if I had used a responsible, reputable seller. I ordered the dress, it came with ripped labels and the buttons were not sewn properly. It was also a little dirty. I contacted the company to ask them if this was a mistake, if for example they resold me a dress that was preciously returned from another customer. They desponded with assurances that this was not the case, the labels were ripped due to a sizing issue and the dresses are always new. They offered to send me a new item as soon as I returned the faulty one. Once I returned it they trolled me with conflicting emails, about the sizing being out of stock, asking me to wait until their new stock arrives, and emailing me a separate email that considering I wasn’t happy with the quality of their dress,I should look elsewhere. I had already ordered the replacement as they had originally agreed to resend, so I had to spend extra time cancelling my new order. I am interested to see what will happen with the refunds of my two orders - I will post again to review that. If you are hoping to purchase a dress without complications and worry maybe this is not the best option. If you choose this vender order a few months in advance to avoid ending up without a dress for your big day

Amazing dress amazing service they made sure my dress was delivered on time too as I opted for standard delivery..I emailed them to expedite my parcel an they did which was fab... beautiful dress definitely be shopping with them again 😁

Ordered 23/01/2025, I did wonder where my parcel was as I still hadn’t received it by February 1st. Online chat were very helpful. I received my parcel today and the quality of the dresses I ordered is fantastic. Very beautiful and just as described on the website. My little boys suit has a small issue but I got straight onto the company and again, they’ve been nothing but helpful. I wish I found this website sooner. Great process, fantastic quality and amazing customer service!! Will definitely be ordering again from this company. Thank you!

Beautiful dresses at very reasonable prices. My daughters looked beautiful and still dress up in their bridesmaids dresses 2 years after the wedding!
They arrived quickly and very well packaged. The dresses we ordered were ice white. They were pristine when the arrived and still wash well!

It’s been 5 years now since our wedding and these dresses are still in excellent condition. They have been angel costumes at Christmas, fairy costumes for world book day and they are still ice white! The value has been phenomenal. My daughters floor length dress is now up to her knees and is a tight fit but she still wears it for dress up.

I ordered 3 of the lace and sage skirt outfits for our flower girls and we were not disappointed. They were beautiful and all three girls loved them. Amazing quality. It’s just a shame you can’t get them separate as I had to get my younger niece’s taken in as she has a tiny waist but the smaller size wouldn’t have fit her on top.

After looking for a prom dress for my 11 year old (I was dreading the process as nothing ever fits right for her size and height), I came across this company online. I messaged before hand to make sure the item we wanted was available and would fit. The customer service was exceptional, they were so helpful and as soon as the order was placed the item was dispatched. Literally placed the order yesterday, received it today and it fits perfect. To see that smile on my girls face meant everything, as usually we have issues with fittings. I couldn't recommend this company enough. The dress is beautiful and the fabric is top quality. If your looking for something special for your little one then look no further because this company has you covered.

This seller is truly amazing. Communication was on point, as a jittery bride to be I messaged to check my order had been received and the response was fast and gave me the confidence I needed.
The dress I purchased is just perfect, the quality is fantastic, the lace work isn’t thin and flimsy. The bottom of the dress is the perfect shade of green and matches really well to the sellers pictures.

We used the spirit dresses for our flower girls at the end of February. They were so beautiful and sooo affordable! I would highly recommend

I am writing to express my disappointment with the long delay in sending my parcel.

I bought items on wednesday 24th...
I paid for DHL postage... I specifically chose a particular courier because of their reliability and fast delivery times. By using a different courier, you have not only delayed the delivery of my package but also compromised the quality of service I paid for.
Item reached yodel (not what i paid for) on 29th (5 days)!!! delivered on 02/05 with economy postage... well... LONG!!! on dress itself you can feel chinese quality... but looks beautiful

a) I Paid for DHL - should be DHL.
b) Emails sent on 26th at 15:10 (asking why it is still not sent - very polite email)
and another on 29th at 11:13 - complaining that still not with courier... no reply! my first reply is here!
Please do not lie in this reply to my review! I will make complain to TSO about your unfair practicies and policies.
And yes, your T&C state you can change it, but you can not change it if somebody specifically paid for some service and you change it.

I was very disappointed with my experience. If you're considering buying from them, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Such a great experience, ordered my daughters dress for our wedding some time in advance and needed a smaller size, so seller accommodated this with no questions asked. Very helpful indeed!

I ordered 7 dresses in the enchanted angel🪽(yes I said 7 😂) and I could not be happier! These dresses have given me the ultimate fairytale vibe I was after; even making my little gremlins into fairies 🧚‍♀️ (love them unconditionally but they are gremlins ) every single dress is perfect and I am so grateful I have these to start our happily ever after !

The material and embroidery are stunning they are light weight and comfortable and also very durable (which is very important for my girls )

I would also like to say how incredible the customer service is , the fact uk flower girl communicate with you about everything and ensure the quality is at the highest standard was something I was beyond impressed by ! The dresses are not over looked in the slightest and they will make sure they are just right before sending them out!
