I suspect I've fallen for a scam. Paid a non-trivial amount for a certificate copy which never arrived (I'm writing many weeks later). They don't reply to emails (it's not even clear if the address is valid), the link they provide on the receipt email to check progress is invalid, and when you try to submit a service request through their website, the online form fails. Best avoid is my advice.
Following the previous review, I was a little worried as I had already placed a probate search request on the website. I was relieved when both documents requested were delivered well within time and had professional correspondence from the team via email. I was given order updates through and finally supplied with a complimentary scanned copy of the record. I needed my late father’s last Will and Testament urgently as I had a flight to catch on Friday and was told that I would need the Will, I made some inquires through various businesses including Probate Registry itself and was told that it would take minimum 3 weeks even if I pay for expedited services.
Then I found this website which offered 24 hours service! I was so desperate that I decided to give them a go (even though I was certain that it would not be delivered within 24 hours) I was pleasantly surprise to see an electronic copy delivered to my inbox well within 24 hours!
I would highly recommend them, they delivered when no one else could.
