Beard Transplant:
I'm 6 Months down the line now and it looks better than i expected.
Had it done in Manchester where the Everyone was attentive and made sure i was comfortable.
(Managed to almost nod off a couple of time even during the transplant)
The Detail of the aftercare brochure was done extremely well and easy to follow for the first 2 weeks post op.
The pre assessment was easy as well with It only taking 15 mins after looking at the areas of my head/hair that will be a part of the op.

Super customer-focused approach throughout the whole process from consultation to on the day. Everyone I interacted with had my best interests at heart to ensure I had a great experience and great results - really impressed.

The professionals were very communicative, attentive and welcoming. Good at their job, and results have turned out great. Highly recommend.

I am 7 months post surgery now and I 100% feel this was the right decision.

My surgery back in January (Manchester) was a smooth and enjoyable experience. My technicians and surgeon Dr Tetiana Mamontova were very friendly and supportive throughout. There is obviously going to be slight discomfort from the numbing injections but nothing to be afraid of. The only shock was that I was told to get a hair cut the day before surgery and then I turned up on the morning and was told they needed to shave my hair off. I went through with it though and now several months later I am sporting a buzz cut which I do actually like! I could grow it out now however I am just being patient while the recipient area (front hairline) improves month on month and matches better to the rest.

The first couple of weeks post op are slightly uncomfortable as you have to sleep sitting up with a neck pillow and be very careful to not touch or knock your recipient area. Once this is over I just had to be patient while my redness calmed down and the hairs grew thicker. Just to note, the redness did last about 5-6 months and is still slightly visible now so I was using caps quite a lot for 6 months but now I feel confident to were without.

The pre and post op care from Chelsea was/is fantastic, top class.

I have been taking finasteride for about 10 months now to retain my existing hair and with the hopes of it improving my crown area. I just attended a review after 7 months and Ashleigh from UK Hair was very impressed with the progress. We looked at old pictures of my crown and looked under a microscope where she said there were still baby hairs popping through and she recommended to wait another 12 months before considering a second surgery for the crown. Finasteride seems to be retaining my hair and growing back old hairs in the crown area so 100% worth it!

To sum up, I am so pleased to have started this journey back to a full head of hair. This has and will continue to improve my confidence, self esteem and quality of life and so I can only recommend booking in with UK Hair asap.

8 months post op now, so far all looks good, had video with Paul which was very helpful, aftercare team were very precise and punctual with calls and correspondence, Dr Elgindi is a great surgeon so glad i did my research before choosing a surgeon. Looking forward to my 12 month review

Chelsea my coordinator has been 1st class, lovely to deal with, very helpful & very supportive.
The surgeon & the hair technicians were also 1st class & really excellent procedure & care.
However, the results are what counts and im still in the shedding stage so i cant judge if its been successful.
Ive given 3 stars because the 'hair consultants' (salesman) who you deal with before paying, overstated & over-estimated the coverage of the hair transplant. The area to be covered with the transplants was smaller than what i was told. They also told me that 2 operations would be needed for full coverage, but the surgeon & expert told me 3,, which was conveyed after the payment.
My advice is, dont deal with the 'consultants' (salesmen), pay for a consultation with the or a surgeon for an accurate appraisal.

Fantastic from start to finish, painless procedure and delighted with the process and aftercare.
Results to come but from what I can see it will be very much worth it.

Couldn't recommend more to anyone thinking about it.

I am a few days post surgery and wanted to leave a review of my experience with UK Hair.
The pre procedure communications from Chelsea were very good, and I arrived on the day to be greeted by Dr Mani. He immediately put me at ease and explained exactly how the day would go.
He and his fantastic team of technicians Salwa and Ridha, worked non stop to carry out my c1800 grafts, even altering the plans as required as it appeared I had a thicker than average scalp!
It was a long day but they made it as comfortable as possible and I always felt like I was in very good hands.
Now can’t wait to see the results as my scalp heals and I become a hairy man again!!
Would not hesitate to recommend UK Hair.

• Dr Mani is brilliant. Great sense of humour and very informative/honest the whole way through the day.
• Brilliant and friendly team working alongside Dr Mani. Thank you for all your hard work!
• Mostly painless process - most people find the needles the uncomfortable part, however for me it was lying in the same position for an hour at a time or longer. Worth it in the end!
• Unable to comment on my results yet as I only had surgery two days ago, however the donor area and grafted area feel like they are healing well already.
• The aftercare service and leaflet information provided are very useful/helpful and easy to follow.
• I’m looking forward to my future results and will provide an updated review in time.

I can’t recommend UK Hair Clinic enough. I attended the Manchester site and was kept fully informed throughout the whole process by all involved. A special mention to Molly and Rosie, my technicians who were fantastic and kept me entertained throughout with their friendly, funny chat not to mention their singing along to the radio. It made the experience much more enjoyable.

Really impressed with the care throughout, before with plenty of information and good communication, during the procedure any anxieties we're put to rest by the teams professionalism, and afterwards the aftercare has been great

Can’t thank the staff enough for all their help and support before, during and after the surgery.

I’m now a week post-op from my hair transplant and I’ve been very impressed with the process and the support. After my initial video consultation, my in-person meeting prior to the surgery meant we made a few tweaks (notably, more grafts as more loss was evident in person due to lighting conditions etc). After the initial anaesthetic injections, the process was completely painless. I appear to have experienced the worst-possible swelling (which is very on brand for me) but it’s now almost completely subsided and it’s just a dull ache rather than any acute discomfort. Very happy with the hairline and apparent density so far and eagerly awaiting the results to bloom in the coming months.

My surgeon was Dr Tetiana Mamontova who put me at ease and was actually very funny; at times I almost forgot I was undergoing surgery and not having a warm chat with a friend (albeit while lied down).

My procedure was done at the Leenside clinic in Nottingham (367 Derby Road) and I was immediately confident in the degree of professionalism from the standard of cleanliness upon entering - I’m pretty sure it had even been recently been painted.

My account manager Chelsea checks in on my progress regularly and seems happy to answer my seemingly endless of questions.

Overall, very happy and hoping for my results to rival the before & after pics on the website. Fingers crossed!

I have just returned home after having my surgery yesterday.

The whole experience from start to finish has been great, absolute flawless process.

Dr Elgindi, Rosa and Aly where a pleasure to be with during the procedure and I felt comfortable at all times. Absolutely nothing was a problem to them and they looked after me really well.

Excellent care work from Dr Munir on my 2nd procedure today and I was also very happy with my first procedure with Dr Ditta. I will and already have recommended this clinic to friends
