The staff where all really friendly and professional. Hair transplantation was surprisingly not painful. Location of the hotel booked was 2moins walk and was lovely.

I had a video consultation with Paul to discuss my hair transplant.
After examining my photos, I was advised that I was not suitable for a transplant and was advised on other options.

I have recently discovered bald patches throughout my beard, trying all sorts to rectify the acute problem I found myself facing. I found many companies offering transplants thinking this must be the way forward having seemingly trying everything else. Unfortunately a lot of companies were rather pushy when it came to arranging a transplant which left me with some red flags wondering why they were so keen to get me in without a medical appointment prior. I found UK hair and spoke to a knowledgeable clinician named Paul who was very thorough in our chat explaining what I have does not need a transplant as it just won't work and instead gave me some sound advice on the next steps to help treat my problem of alopecia and didn't ask for a penny!
Although I'm still wanting these bald patches filled I feel much more confident on what my next steps are and I've saved myself a small fortune by not just going with a pushy sales company. Highly rate these guys.

Had my consultation phone call today with UK hair. Can’t fault the company for communication and information leading up to the call.
During the call we came to an agreement that a transplant wouldn’t be suitable for me after listening to Paul’s advice and knowledge. I really appreciated the honesty as I’m sure there are other companies out there that would have been happy to take my money and chance the outcome.

These guys are very professional, there is no hard sell and they are 100% honest. I had my consultation with Paul which was great and when i went for my check up appointment where Ashley was very professional and honest. In my case it was to try tablets for a year and check in after 12 months, other clinics would probably just try and sell you the transplant straight away but these guys are totally honest which is why they offer a guarantee too. Highly recommended. Can not fault them in any way

This company really cares about whats best for you and doesn't just want to take your money, they answered all my questions and also gave me other options instead of hair transplant which i didnt know was available for myself and i really appreciate their advice.

During the video consultation I was informed that I did not have enough hair follicles for a successful implant and therefore would not recommend it but instead a hair system. I was impressed with his honesty.

Was only looking for a quotation but declined them as there price even with a deal was still more expensive than another one was, since then all they’re doing is calling me from two numbers.

Edit: I answered another phone call and explained that I didn’t want any further contact, they’ll be updating their details.

I had surgery on Wednesday 16th July 2025 , I actually enjoyed surgery after having some nerves prior to the day .. I have the upmost respect for their authentic manner and professionalism.. thank you so so much for being real genuine kind people.. helping me step by step with the procedure..an amazing team an amazing surgeon too.

The experience all together was amazing, the staff was amazing with helping me, making sure I was okay throughout the procedure.

Was told could not do crown of head by Paul consultant. Paid over 6k for 2400 grafts, was paranoid about my hair and still am after surgery 2 years on. I did get back in touch with them but they wanted another 2.5k to do crown which they originally said they couldn’t do.

Trust pilot will only let me write a review within 12 months.
I had my surgery just over 2 years ago.
The consultant Paul led me to believe you could not have surgery on the crown.
I was told to take finistride also after my surgery which is a drug with very serious side affects. I developed a lump on my testicle after using them for 3 to 4 weeks and had to stop taking them on the advice of my GP.
After speaking to other people after my surgery I think I paid an excessive amount compared to other people who paid a lot less and had more grafts and more areas of head done including the crown.

The point I’m making is, I was given wrong information from the consultant at the start. The way it was put to me was that the crown of the head could not be done. It has not worsened over the last 2 years, even the surgeon who did my surgery said he was surprised I wasn’t having grafts on the crown. I told him I was told they couldn’t do surgery on the crown.
Also I know quite a few people now who have had 3500 grafts for a fraction of the cost on front of head and crown with excellent results.
I did give a 5 star review after my surgery that is correct. But 2 years on and a little more wiser and still needing hair surgery I definitely don’t think it was worth what you charged me.
You also told me I wouldn’t see the full effect of the transplant until after 18 months. So I’m only 6 months on from that.

Absolutely Amazing, from my first consultation with Sam , who instantly had an impact on me unlike others I had spoken to at different companies I knew straight away this was the company for me … And on to the team Tetiana , Judith, Nicky and Mollie awesome awesome awesome upmost professionals but more importantly a great laugh and fun to be around I didn’t think I would be spending the day laughing as much as I did . And I’m over the moon with the results I honestly couldn’t be any happier and I literally cannot wait to see how it looks in the coming months , cheers girls you’ve made a receding 50 something who should know better VERY HAPPY x x

The service I received from Lindsay and Paul was exemplary; they provided an honest upfront approach and excellent guidance throughout the process.

Unfortunately I was unable to meet the requirements of the transplant in a financial sense, but they provided me with a good deal of flexibility. Not many companies even offer finance as an option - if my personal financial situation improves then I would look to them as a first instance also.

They additionally provided my refund immediately after providing my banking details, with me been within the 14 day period and overall operated in good faith.

Paul was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful and advised me don the best treatment for my female hairline issues. Thank you.

The doctor and all of his team made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. They were all very friendly and very bubbly.
