UK Hair Transplant Clinics Reviews 

I had a transplant at UK Hair Transplant, I am yet to see results as it was only a week ago but the service provided by Chelsea who works at the Warrington/Manchester location has been very attentive thus far. Answers all my queries and is super helpful and pitting all worries to rest.

Contacted about possible hair transplant. Was then phoned (by mobile numbers, which I didn't initially answer - this is definitely an area which UK Hair may want to consider changing). Did answer eventually and was given a clear and helpful overview of possible procedures. The next stage was being put in touch with one of the clinical advisers, Paul, who arranged to video chat over WhatsApp for about 15mins (having sent him pics beforehand). He assessed what could be done and gave some examples. I then decided to go ahead with an appointment with two of the UKHair team. This was £500 which was refundable if surgery didn't go ahead or I wasn't suitable. (I'd pay them £100 if I didn't go for my assessment). Paul sent an assessment email through with the pricing agreed over the video call. Was also told I'd be contacted by Chelsea, who would help me through surgery. She did contact a couple of times. At the assessment (which lasted around 30mins), they were very friendly and helpful and gave me an assessment of my hair (to see if it was possible) and took blood pressure etc. Answered any questions. The potential surgeon even came in to help briefly. Went away with a report emailed later. I actually then decided not to go through with the procedure for various reasons. The team cancelled my surgery and gave back my £500 (which I wasn't expecting). I decided to go for another option instead and a further member of the UKHair team called Jay put me in contact with someone who could do this. Also said I could message him with any questions any time. So yes, a positive experience. You will get lots of texts (!) and calls and a few emails. Yes I'm sure they are encouraged to 'sell' but I didn't feel pressurised or that they were only there to sell. As for whether you get a hair transplant or not, it's something only you can answer but I'd strongly suggest going with UKHair or someone like them who do what they say, are reputable and professional.

Really caring experience. DrElgini explained in detail every part of the procedure. Except for some mild discomfort from the injections which only lasts a couple of minutes- the procedure was pain free. I must also thank all his assistants that helped on the day. Mollie, Alicia, Rosa and Alex.
I’m now 6 days post op and Chelsea their Patient Coordinator has been extremely attentive with my aftercare. I would have no hesitation recommending U.K. Hair Transplant Clinic Manchester.

Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely focused on bringing you the best and most comfortable experience, from initial consultation, through the procedure and onto aftercare. Really can't praise Dr Elgindi and the ladies that were all involved in my procedure enough. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Hair Transplant Clinic, Manchester to anybody looking to explore the possibility of a hair transplant.

The clinics staff were amazing from start to finish couldn't be happier with everything . Chelsea is amazing kept in touch everyday post op. Thank you couldn't be happier

Absolutely amazing. From the consultation to the aftercare everything was spot on and I was extremely well looked after. Chelsea was my patient coordinator and she looked after me from the initial booking right up to the end like a star. After having had a hair transplant for my receding hairline in 2022 (which is absolutely amazing and going strong) I was worried about thinning of my crown. I was convinced I needed another transplant and thought it best to speak to the original clinic I’d been to, as I was so happy with them the first time around. They have assured me that despite it thinning, it doesn’t warrant a transplant because it could cause more harm than good. Instead they have recommended medications and hair care regimes along with alternative treatments (not currently carried out by themselves) but advised where I could go and how much I could expect to pay. I value their honesty. They could have told me any number of things to get money out of me. They didn’t. They were open and honest and advised me properly. I have full faith in this practice and team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s struggling with any kind of hair loss or insecurity.

From my first consultation until now (2 days post op), communication has been excellent. All my questions have been answered thoroughly and I’ve been made to feel at ease by everyone involved throughout the process. I can’t thank the team enough (Dr. Elgindi and I apologise I can’t remember everyone’s name 🙈) who on the day of surgery were lovely, very professional and talked me through everything. Chelsea, my patient coordinator has been absolutely fantastic and will answer all of your questions and worries! Can’t recommend enough if you’re thinking of doing it!

The Surgeon, Mr. Aziz is absolutely AMAZING! Very helpful and takes an incredible amount of care to ensure the client understands each and every aspect of the procedure. He did a FABULOUS job, cannot fault any part of the experience. All of the team at the Manchester branch were consistently kind, considerate, understanding and most helpful. We highly recommend this particular branch. Thank you very much indeed to the whole team and the absolutely FANTASTIC SURGEON.

From the start of my hair transplant I was very nervous and anxious but throughout was made to feel at ease the dr and his team who done my surgery was all under standing with me as I was like a bag of nerves and to the people who held my hand while I was getting the anaesthetic my apologies for nearly breaking your hands as tbh it wasn’t that bad after that I could not feel a thing through out the day not one bit of pain it was even better sitting there watching a film while getting my grafts done so many many thanks you have made my life better and I will 100% have more confidence I will definitely recommend this company

When I arrived for the procedure i was instantly put at ease. Although this is a routine day for Dr Elgindi and his team they were fully aware it was a big deal for me so spent time educating me on the procedure and listening to my concerns (regarding where & how many grafts I needed). Dr Elgindi was more than happy to answer any questions of what was happening during the procedure and educate me which really helped the day go smoother for me.

The main reason I decided to go ahead with the procedure was my encounter with Ashleigh during my F2F consultation. She was able to discuss in more detail the procedure and most importantly why certain things were needed which made me feel so much more at ease. Her personal approach really helped relieve any anxieties I had about the procedure and I'm sincerely grateful.

Lastly a big thank you to Chelsea, although I haven't needed to contact her too much every time I have done she has got back to me and ensured I was aware she was available at any time for any new concerns I might have.

We have just had the 9 month review today and my son has 80 percent coverage all ready which is fantastic

It’s made a huge difference /confidence to him as a teenager as you can imagine

We go back for final results at 18 months but very happy and would highly recommend UK hair

Dr mani, what a man, a great balance between professionalism and great humour, he and his team were all excellent and very good at putting me at ease, this was my second procedure with Uk hair and both have been very good experiences, for anyone thinking about going for a hair transplant this is a great company as I believe they are the only clinic in the uk which offer a retreat should you not reach your desired result, this procedure was a retreat in the front and I paid to get the crown done also, if pain is a worry for anyone my 2 procedures have lasted around 7/8 hours and there is no more than 1/2 mins of pain for the anaesthetic injections which in all honestly aren’t even that sore just a little bit of discomfort, in fact I nearly nodded off a few times during this procedure.

Had a consultation with Paul who advise me against having hair transplant as it won’t be a long term solution to my hair loss problem. He however signed-posted me by giving recommendations.

The consultation was very thorough and so much better compared to others I've had in the past, was treated with respect and honesty and highly rate this company, very good!
