Just received the ex demo Fox quad cut…
Just received the ex demo Fox quad cut lawnmower. Excellent build quality easy to assemble and once I discovered my model doesn’t have a choke lever but a small priming button at the front the electric start worked immediately. The cut is excellent and the movement very smooth. I had to call the service department as a charging cable wasn’t in the box, it’s now on its way free of charge, so everything was great, they were super helpful. I’m delighted.

Following this review the company got in touch and rectified the problem and replaced the faulty item along with some more crikey Mikey.
I was encouraged by their response and delighted with the way they dealt with me and turned a poor experience into a happy one I would certainly now use them again in future.
