Absolute dire experience with no resolution

In July 2021 I purchased a used car from UK Hybrid Automotive Ltd as advertised by them on Autotrader.co.uk

Within days the car proved to be significantly faulty and unfit for purpose. The car was also not what they described it to be in their advertisement as it was missing key features that they said it included.

The car has not been driven since these faults have been brought to the attention of the relevant persons.

The salesmen, Kamran and Hassan - as well as the one of the owners of UK Hybrid Automotive Ltd, Afzaal Khokar have ignored me and what little contact there has been was not satisfactory.

I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider as they are not members of any professional car industry organisations or alternative dispute resolution schemes.

I will update this review should the company decide to honour their obligations in terms of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
