Left an honest 3 star review on this guys web site, but he has removed it. Obviously only keeping 5 star ratings visible. This in itself is dishonest and a poor reflection on the company

James was pleasant and easy to deal with, he had a good selection of well presented cars.
However, not all promises were fulfilled.
Only 2 wheels were refurbished when 4 were agreed upon.
I was told the car would be serviced before collection, however, no record of this.
I was also promised a full charge on the EV. When the car was collected it only registered 70 miles. This could have been charged whilst the 2 wheels were being refurbished.
Disappointing service after reading other reviews.
It is never a good sign when someone goes back on their word after a deal is agreed

We bought a mini electric from James and he made the process very easy and straightforward. We were travelling from the North East to pick it up so were relieved to find the car was exactly as described in perfect condition. Very clean and fully charged for collection. All paperwork was ready for us and we were all sorted and on our way within 30 minutes. Had some wasted journeys to other garages so it was refreshing to deal with James who was very professional and had some other amazing minis for sale. No hesitation to recommend him.

I came across this company purely by chance and how lucky for me that I did I cannot fault the professionalism and fantastic experience with this company I rang early January and spoke with James about the horrible car crash I had experienced at new year losing my lovely jcw roadster written off I had for 7 years and he assured me he would look out for something for me and lost a couple as I didn’t reserve online but true to his he got me my dream car and rang me just as he had picked it up still sitting in the car I cried with happiness.

This company is great trustworthy and can’t recommend enough and worth waiting for the right car and his cars are really great quality and a pleasure to deal with james listens and goes above and beyond to help his customers get their dream car grateful thanks
